Mary and Darlene were great in assisting me in getting a place to store my motorcycle and my classic mustang. At first they didn't have anything, but they went the extra mile and I not only got exactly what I needed, it even existed my expectations. The size, cost and security seems to be top notch. They got me exactly what I wanted, the cost was less than I expected and the rules for indoor car storage was reasonable. They are easy to work with and again to make you happy and give your what you want/need.

It’s a storage unit, it serves its purpose. They do close over night, which is fine, really it keeps me from over extending myself moving stuff into the night. The gate can be finicky, doesn’t always respond. And once it’s open it stays open probably for too long. Like two people went in, I went out, and it was still open when I left.
They provide a lock, prices are decent.
My unit is outside, so I have not been inside.
There is a dumpster in a fence and signs that say no dumping, it’s clearly not for public use (which it was but I get it) people dump stuff around the gate anyway.
Michelle was excellent! She showed me the unit before purchasing, it was nice and clean!

Ms. Darlene and Ms. Mary are super nice and helpful. I was at a different storage unit and was very uncomfortable there. I came in and asked to see a unit and Ms. Darlene took me up to see one. They were able to find my online reservation easily and signed me up right away. The facility was also clean and you can tell it's well taken care of. No roaches and it didn't have that storage unit odor.
This storage facility on Indian Trail Road seems safe, secure and well-maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. No problems so far; I definitely would recommend.

In Norcross Ga off Jimmy Carter Blvd, my entire unit showed some signs of rodents. Tossed out my livingroom and several mattresses. That the rodents have ruined.. yet i am still pleased with my extra large space. 2017 still using publice storage why because they are responsibly priced and has secured entrance..
