How you gonna have a Public Storage, across the street from a Public Storage?
Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re willing to risk damage to your personal items. We opened our unit to find mold covering most of our belongings, most of which cannot be recovered or cleaned due to the depth the mold has reached. Apparently the AC had gone out and the facility was extremely humid. We were never notified of this issue and only happened to find it when we arrived to drop off additional boxes. Had we been notified, we would’ve moved our items out immediately to avoid this issue. We were instructed to file a claim with Orange Door (which we pay an additional $15 a month for) only to be notified by the insurance agent that “fungal damage” isn’t fully covered and has a max payout of $250 with a $100 deductible, meaning the max we will get for these items is $150. We’ve lost over $2,000 worth of goods, and have paid almost $200 in insurance in the year we’ve been using Public Storage. The insurance agent also informed us that this facility considers themselves to be “high risk.” Something to keep in mind before moving anything valuable here. Had we known this was a potential issue and that this is how damage to our items would be treated we would have never used this place.

This is the best storage facility. Very clean and climate controlled. Security is top notch with cameras throughout the interior and exterior. I wouldrecommend to swing by the office to get directions to your shed. There are no exterior or interior maps to direct you. Tiera is the absolute bomb! She helped me find my unit and guided me through the process. She made my life easy to say the least! This is the storage facility for you!!!!
Don’t get suckered in with their low rates. When you read the fine print on the contract it says they can change the rates at any time with a 30 day notice. After 3 months, they increased my rate $41 a month.

Just be aware of the massive increases in rent that you'll experience. It just went up 20%...again!!! The contract legalese of course mentions that rates are month to month, but the price increases are astronomical.

The absolute worst facility I've ever seen. Between the access keypads being down for well over a month and the elevator not working, I couldn't even get into my storage unit that I use for work for 3 weeks. When I couldn't get into my unit I couldn't get in touch with anyone to help me get access. I find it hilarious that they raised my rates a few months earlier only to find out during this debacle that they removed the people working in the office in lieu of a kiosk. I was told I was going to get a free month of rent, I was given $50 off the next bill so I packed my stuff up and left. Oh and the doors still didn't work properly when I moved out. It's a storage unit facility, it's not that hard
Who is this Celeste? I went there and was talking to someone on a teleprompter. And she hug up on me when I questioned were are the trolleys, My question was do you have access when moving in she said that the manager would get one for you. There's no one on site. You are talking to a computer.

Celeste, as the property manager, went above and beyond - she stayed involved, kept up good communication throughout the process, and worked a huge blessing to get us moved in within our time frame. They are not just running a business - they care about the lives and needs of their customers.
