The one and only most important issue about this facility is that it is currently not a secured facility! The electronic security access doors at the back of the building are inoperative and do not lock when closed. This is a big concern for me because it’s open to anyone that wants to go in anytime 24 hours a day…this means criminals too! I am paying for a secured facility and it’s not!! This Public Storage facility has opened itself for legal liability if someone’s unit is broken into!! Please get this fixed IMMEDIATELY!!!! Thank you

This place is an absolute mess since it was purchased by public storage. I have multiple units here. When it got bought out it went from 24 hr access to closing at 9pm. It took them several months to add back a 24 hr option (where you pay more money and the facility isn’t even gated). You cannot select your unit locations in the app like other storage unit companies allow. I rented another unit and once assigned, realized it was on the second floor and I had no accessibility between units. No one works in the office ever anymore and I had an appointment today with the office manager to get it switched to a different unit number in person….and they didn’t show up. A few weeks ago I was loading things in my unit and the Fire Marshall stopped and asked me if I was the owner of the facility. They said they had been trying to get in touch with the company and the owners for an inspection and they had no idea who owned it, despite the big “public storage” sign on the building. Something is not right with how this place is ran and no one knows whose running it!

I stopped by this location a couple of days ago to ask about the different units and pricing. Andrew, the young man who helped me, was extremely nice. I appreciate the time he took with me to explain everything.

Had to upgrade to a larger unit and Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable and helped make the process go smooth!

Attendant was a little rude at first but move in was smooth and easy the next day with different person.

I came into Public Storage the other day to ask about storage units and Ajeyah was very helpful and welcoming. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process easy to understand. Great customer service!

It's a new building but it should have sliding doors. To accommodate this fact there are hooks on the doors to keep it open. In fact when opening the front double doors you need to input the code for both doors if you are fast enough to open them at one time. There should also be carts for moving items. There are no carts here. It will make movers lives way easier. I hope because it's a new building this is why there isn't any but for the most part the building is fine and the units are spacious.

Facility is brand-new, clean, and secure with easy access. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The property looks well-maintained, and the move-in process is smooth and simple. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable storage in the Loganville area!
