I called for information regarding renting a unit possibly and I spoke to Miss. Key, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Wonderful women lucretia was amazing and funny
This is the most unprofessional and worst place to ever get a storage unit. There was no problem taking you money and setting up a unit. A week later you don’t have any access to the unit . For 9 days I have been on the phone sending emails and they can’t tell me why I don’t have access. I will never recommend anyone to rent at this place.

The pricing was excellent. The access hours were great, especially for someone who works a lot. The whole process was easy. I would definitely recommend storing your items here even if only for a short period of time.

I had been satisfied with this storage place until recently. I understand that there was a security breach but it’s insane to be able to get in the gate but not be able to have access to the building/ my unit. I was told over a week ago that they would give customers access cards for the doors. They are aware that we don’t have access unless the office is open and that’s not what I signed up for, 24/7 access was the terms. I mean at least have someone there during the day to let us into our paid for units or get the darn cards. Business is business, I had 2 loaded vehicles and no access, unprofessional and I realize stuff happens but this is a major inconvenience when you’re trying to move, which is tough enough
Miss Ebony is THE BEST ! She was cordial, professional and very helpful and made my rental easy. Updating my review to include Miss Shawn who is also cordial, professional and very helpful as well. The staff here are always very welcoming and are always on top of things to ensure the safety and protection of our items in our units.
It was the BEST experience ever…Shawn was absolutely AMAZING and her trainee was exceptional as well. I’m soooo glad I found them. Truly the best birthday gift ever 💜
