I came into this office after having a mishap with the first storage place I went to. (It was horrible and molding with rat droppings). I was greeted by The manager as soon as I came through the door and she asked me what my needs were. Upon telling her , she introduced me to her assistant Laquantis Huey and we drove to the unit and I loved it!!! She made me feel secure that my stuff would be okay here and safe as well as showed hospitality (I’m new to this area). The unit was very clean and I was sold after that. I wouldn’t recommend any other storage place around here!!!

Man when i say Laquantis showed me a round and was super patient with me. I now have two storages at a rate I can afford and is happy with the customer service. If I buy more stuff I can't fit in my house I will be back.

Too much of my furniture got mildew. I had to end up throwing it away. If you see mildew on outside of storage door, do not put it in. My storage was right in front of the woods. First impressions are lasting ones. I had insurance, but associate talked me out of filing a claim. I regret listening!!!

Easy access to storage units and solid location! I will say though, the room on the roads for people to drive by are a little small so if you drive a large vehicle, there's a chance you might block the entire lane because of how small each one is. Aside from that, good place!

I anticipated a complicated process, so I went in early in expectation of a long day. Not the case Taiwan was FABULOUS!! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, she was kind, engaging and authentic.

Taiwan Carmichael whch is the propertymanager and her assistant Dominic have really made my day they were so helpful to me and my grandmother she's 88 years old and disabled,on Tuesday a tree fell in her house which left her outside and she has to put her things in storage which I recommend the Simply self storage because they seemed like one of the cleanest place I've seen, I'm very grateful that we chose this storage unit, ,5 stars to that guys

She is very professional and provides quality service, ensuring that I understood all the paperwork, the gate keypad, explaining how to properly close the storage door, to make sure it's locked properly, and how to prevent moisture in the unit. She really left no room to ask questions, because she's so thorough in her profession. I really enjoyed the office visit.

As I was searching for a good storage unit today, I almost gave up due to the ones before was occupied, I then turned on H.F.Shepherd drive, and saw Simply Self storage facility, I entered the building and was greeted with a warm, comforting hello from the facility manager Ms. Taiwan, she took the time to explain clearly the process of renting a unit, and even suggested different kind of covers for items of mine that needed to be protected securely, she walked me out to the grounds and showed me the unit and had me demonstrate to her locking up the unit properly &, operating the gate code, she even told me that if I should have any issues to call no matter the hour, with that assurance I knew I found the right storage facility that works for me, at the end of the renting agreement I told her that her customer service was awesome, not often you go to business place and receive such good service, and I thank her for that experience, in closing I would recommend anyone who asks me for the best in town space for renting ,with no doubt saying SIMPLY SELF STORAGE is the place to go, Thank you again Ms.Taiwan for an awesome customer service🌻💯👍
