This employee should be fired immediately for locking the doors to the office at 4:45 pm and telling customers they’re closed just so he doesn’t have to work. After he came and unlocked the door he told me over the sound of his loud and profane rap music to just go look online for a quote. I know I can get a quote online, I can also get one in person at the office. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Public Storage is this who you want to be the face of your company?

Darrius was an absolute pleasure, made it so easy to come in, see the space and get set up in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t feel rushed and he was so kind when asked to repeat several things.
The booking and move in process was so easy. Booked online, got my code, then was automatically able to access my unit. You can also download the app to streamline the access process. A key and lock were available in the unit. Clean indoor and outdoor units. 24 hour acces options available as well.
If you want to bypass the "human interaction" this is ideal. The manager called a few days later to check and make sure everything went well. Awesome experience overall. Highly recommend.

This rating has NOTHING to do with the staff! My rating is due to Public Storage this location and any other like forcing customers to buy a keyhole lock from them. I have had several units from different Public Storage locations so I have multiple approved locks....circular and regular stell padlock. Upon arriving, I bought two just in case the one was not allowed. I was told that I had to purchase keyhole lock due to without being able to see thru keyhole. Now, so this location chose to have to again make customers pay for another type of lock! Ridiculous!!!!!! FYI I am pretty sure that the new builds and updating all will eventually have to incur a mandatory charge!!! Other than that staff was pleasant and knowledgeable!
I just rented a storage unit from this location and I just received the best customer service from both Darius and Whitney! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to choose the right unit. They made the process so smooth & easy to the point I didn't want to comparison shop any other storage facilities! And there was another one right up the street! They were very pleasant and informative. They made me believe that great customer care and service still exists! Great job!
