My company ran into a little problem this month with cutting and remitting monthly payments on time. Mihila called and was very professional about reminding us that the payment was not timely. We promptly dropped the check off. Surprisingly Mihila called to thank us for making the payment. After explaining our dilemma, Mihila was able to reduce the late fees and offered a short term reduction in fees. Unheard of and a welcoming offer. Thanks Mihila. Over the last few months this location has made a GREAT turnaround under the guidance of Mihila. The property appears well maintained now. If / when you have a problem or question you get a quick response from Mihila and everything you discuss is addressed.
Mihila was super helpful when i was moving in. I had an issue with logging in and he took the time to walk me through process. Its nice to have someone onsite who you can rely on if im ever in a pinch. Only 2 weeks in but public storage was a good move!

10 out of 10 recommend! The facilities were so clean! Mihila what’s the one who helped me and was very professional and informative! Great deal great location. I would feel 100% safe with my belongings here! I will be coming back to get a unit and get set up with this company! Some of the locations I have been looking at have been very dirty and I did not feel like it would be a good move for me, but I was so impressed by the service I received here that I will recommend this place to everyone!
This place used to be a dump but it's gone through an incredible transformation. It's now extremely clean and we'll kept. I had the pleasure of meeting the site manager, Mihaila, who's super caring and responsible individual. I'm pretty sure he's the catalyst not the 180 this location has experienced. I was thinking to exit out of this location but not anymore.
The property manager Mihila is just the best. He is knowledgeable and will help you with whatever you need. Some of the units here that claim to be 10x5 aren’t actually 10x5. But Mihila worked it out for me and walked me around the property. Can’t say enough good things about him.

Mogul was simply the best
I think the Public Storage property at Brookhaven needs a facelift. My mom has been keeping her things there for a year and the place is a ghost town. It is like pulling teeth to get any on site help.
However, I will say the property manager TIFFANY has done a great job helping me handle my account over the phone.
She called me the day before Thanksgiving and the Monday right after the holiday weekend to make sure that I was taken care of with price and late fees.
TIFFANY is a hard worker and a kind soul. She handles five properties by herself but went out of her way for me. Her customer service is awesome.
Clean and climate controlled. Office staff friendly and helpful. Security is good I don't worry about coming here by myself.

Always used public storage since the early 2000s, never a disappointment at any location I have ever rented from. However, in my experience they will raise the rent on you just because. Overall I'd choose them again for my storage needs, the customer service is outstanding, & the units are very nice & clean!
