This was our first time getting a storage unit. Pam was so helpful, patient, & explained everything very clearly to us. She took her time and made sure we were comfortable throughout this experience. Facility was very clean. Pam is wonderful!

I'd like to S/O Pam for returning my call expeditiously. It literally took 2 C/S reps before I was informed that nobody wld be in the office until 1:30 pm today (Friday). So, 2 blank trips later, heavy traffic, and gas wasted Pam made it all better. I was absolutely satisfied with her customer service and mannerism. She definitely did smooth things over and apologized, (although it wasn't her fault).
Again, thank you Pam for being a team player and recommending the Safe Haven book.

I did a ton of research on the best priced, clean storage units in the area, and Public Storage far out ranked everyone else. The staff were very helpful, as they showed me where to find my new unit and how to use the lock.
It is not refundable if you do not want the place, do not pay without knowing the size, the application says that you can cancel at any time and you do not have any option to do so... terrible service. thieves

In 2023 I was paying 65.58 for a parking spot. Now in 2024 I am paying 113.95 for the exact same parking spot. Over a 1 year time frame that is nearly an 100% increase. There is no amount of "inflation" you can use as justification for that type of a rate increase.
Renter beware if you are storing anything here you won't store it for long. They will raise your rates by what I would consider a fairly large dollar figure in a very little time span.
I wish them all the best. They have lost my business (which I'm sure they don't care about. Onto the next person).

Clean facility, larger than view from the street. The manager explained, rates,
insurances and allowed me to inspect available units. We discussed my needs and walked me through cell phone access to the property. He was carrying and considerate while explaining Public Storage's policies and access.

Everyone was very friendly , knowledgeable, very professional. I have to mention when we walked in the office the smell was absolutely refreshing. We was greeted with a smile and made us feel soecial.I'm a retired receptionist and couldn't of asked for a better experience from the beginning to the end. Clean facility and climate control was the clincher.

Staff is friendly. Units are expensive and the largest climate controlled units are inside a building with tight corners and narrow doorways making it very difficult to put large furniture in. There is VERY few hand carts and you can pretty much kiss your chances of scoring one goodbye.

This is cleanest Public Storage you can find in Tampa. The property manager Susan was very easy to work with and very detailed in her explanation of renting at Public Storage. The staff at this Public Storage location are quite simply AWESOME! My husband was working on our unit today and came home telling me how wonderful the staff, Susan and Alex, were toward him. They offered bottles of water (as it was incredibly hot today) and even opened up the office just minutes after closing so he could check out and not have to make a trip back. Not only are the staff thoughtful and kind, the facility is simply terrific looking. Very clean and recently remodeled. If you ever have storage needs in the north Tampa or Odessa area, please stop in and chat with Susan or Alex. You will be as impressed as I am.
