Been at this location a year and Ms. Lisa has great customer service . She is always there to answer any questions I have or try and assist with any problems that may arise. She is the main reason Im still with Public storage.

Store Number 20152 Lisa is a awesome worker she took the time and explain the unit rules also Lisa is very nice and polite.

I moved my things from the storage unit we rented. my mother's 100 year old hope chest has been eaten by termites. Also there was rodents droppings everywhere, and they chewed holes in my boxes. Chewed on my stand up jewelry box, as well large wall art my dresser. I'm so very disappointed 😞

The Nerve To Raise The Rent On The Storage When They Are Rat Infested... Several Of My Things Were Chewed Or Pooped On.

This was one of the best experiences I ever had with a storage and Lisa was so nice and helpful I would recommend this location

Lisa was very kind and informative when she called to confirm my storage selection.

I bought an abandoned storage unit in this Public facility. The manager Lisa, when I met her first time, was very welcoming and polite with me. After this, a few hours later, during cleaning out one of the storage units, I'm facing a big problem with huge roaches inside the unit. I went to the office and asked her that I have an allergy and can not clean out this unit. So she told me she couldn't do anything and I must take all the stuff to my car. Believe me, there was no more polite manager when I continued to talk to her. She just didn't care. The previous owner left a lot of food inside the unit, but in the policy of all facilities, people can not store the food or drinks! I cleaned this dirty unit and took all this trash. But after this, I never again come to this facility and speak with this rude lady. DO NOT RENT Storage Units here! This manager doesn't care about roaches and rats in her facility! She will always be polite with you and have a "fake smile," but when you face some problems, she will just show you her real face and attitude! I'm always fair with my reviews, but people should know how you can scam. After a week, I still have a bad allergy because of her stupid dirty unit! This building needs an inspection! So it's your choice to store your goods here or not. 1 star for customer service! Horrible experience!

As soon as we pulled on the property and opened the door Lisa was very rudely tell me to put my cigarette out there was no smoking on HER property, (nothing posted on the property that said NO SMOKING)I didn't have a problem with putting it out but her attitude continued even after I went inside, I was going to purchase a lock so I put it on the counter and then my grandson asked to hold it, I handed it to him and a few seconds later she said " Can you take MY lock and put it back ( 2nd strike), I asked for a 24 access unit and she said I don't have one very rudely (3rd strike). Then she said we try to keep public storage at a 5 star will you be rating us a 5, I said no and she asked why I started to tell and then she said you can just let them know when they call for the survey. If I had, had the time to find another place to rent a storage from I sure would have. Lisa's customer service skills could use some work I have always used public storage for my storage needs but this will be my last. And I will be looking for another place to move my belongings, it's a very big inconvenience but I don't want to deal with her ever again.

Quick and easy to book, pay, and check-in. Didn't need to speak to anyone or wait around at all. Booked online and got a code for the gate and a unit assigned in just a few minutes. Lock is provided in the unit with information about insurance. The area itself has some homeless people lurking around but the facility is gated and seems secure enough. The mobile app to open the gate did not work for me but entering the code is easy and quick. I've used other self storage units in the past and those were not nearly as convenient. Great location for a student at USF who needs to store some stuff.

So clean and well kept up and the lady who helped me was exceptionally kind.

Hello I have been with Public Storage for many years now and I am relocating again to another unit closer to where I have moved Lisa at the North Nebraska location in Tampa was absolutely helpful and amazing to work with if I was able to make something work or not she had helped me far and in between a lot more than anybody else has ever helped me out to get through. Other than no light bulb in our unit, problems signing in on the app, & getting out of our car every time to put your code in, it's pretty great. Easy & affordable.
