I appreciate that they inspect the grounds & clients’ locks. We got a call one evening after we had added items to the storage space & didn’t lock it back correctly!! We were able to run up there right away & lock it up. Yesterday when I was on property Angela provided exceptional customer service in an industry where that’s not always the case. While some property managers make it seem like helping residents is a burden, Angela is always friendly, approachable, and ready to help.

Quick and easy to book, pay, and check-in. Didn't need to speak to anyone or wait around at all. Booked online and got a code for the gate and a unit assigned in just a few minutes. Lock is provided in the unit with information about insurance. The area itself has some homeless people lurking around but the facility is gated and seems secure enough. The mobile app to open the gate did not work for me but entering the code is easy and quick. I've used other self storage units in the past and those were not nearly as convenient. Great location for a student at USF who needs to store some stuff.

This place is very easy to access. Storage manager Lisa is very nice and helpful. They don't have the 10x10 we booked. But Lisa helps us to upgrade to 10x15 for free. I love their services and also the very user-friendly app.

Lisa (Store 20152) was extremely helpful!! I tried reserving a unit online at this location at the end of the day right before they were closing and was having a lot of difficultly. She spent 20 minutes helping me and walking me through the whole process and I got it all squared away. Extremely helpful and extremely friendly! Good customer service like this is a rarity these days! Great job!!!!
