We found the online reservation process to be very user friendly. We arrived on the scheduled move in date and received a warm greeting from a very personable employee named TJ. He very patiently walked us through the storage rental process, answered all of our questions, and then walked us to the storage unit. He showed us how to use the entry keypad and how to properly secure the unit with the lock provided. The facility is very clean and we had a great rental experience.
