Rhonda had followed up with me after I left some feedback on my experience being a new renter there. Thanks to Andrew the manager for rectifying my issue after I was told there’s nothing the company can do about the hole/drywall falling from
the ceiling. Andrew fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes rather than me having to move all of my belongings to another unit.
Manager Stacy knew her stuff! She was very helpful ,nformative, funny and patient. Storage unit was clean with no pest and the light worked. I recommended this location.

I reserved the unit online. Right away I receive a call from Kira. I had so many questions because I’m moving to Tampa and needed the space but couldn’t get down to the facility for a week. She let me know I can finish the rental online and even walked me through it. It was so easy and she was so nice about it. When I went down to the unit a week later the storage was clean and I even got greeted by kira as she was walking by. I have rented storages in the past but by far I was so surprised and the great customer service provided here. Knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Thanks kira for all the help. Highly recommend it.

Some people really make a difference, This Public Storage is by far one of the best that I have dealt with and the workers surely make a difference, Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Nyssa, She truly understood the meaning of customer service, well organized and very professional, I have dealt with this agent before and each time she was very Wonderful so I had to take the time out to Commend her for the awesome job she has been doing, Nyssa is always working whenever I see her. I remember once I had reported to her about some insect droppings that was left in the hallway and by the time I went to my storage unit and pass back that way the entire hallway was clean as a whistle.
