The space I am renting is perfect, very spacious. Only thing I'm not crazy about it closing at 9 PM, especially when there are more than one trip, but other than that love Public Storage, I rented from them many years ago and never a problem.

I reserved the unit online. Right away I receive a call from Kira. I had so many questions because I’m moving to Tampa and needed the space but couldn’t get down to the facility for a week. She let me know I can finish the rental online and even walked me through it. It was so easy and she was so nice about it. When I went down to the unit a week later the storage was clean and I even got greeted by kira as she was walking by. I have rented storages in the past but by far I was so surprised and the great customer service provided here. Knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Thanks kira for all the help. Some people really make a difference, This Public Storage is by far one of the best that I have dealt with and the workers surely make a difference, Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Nyssa, She truly understood the meaning of customer service, well organized and very professional, I have dealt with this agent before and each time she was very Wonderful so I had to take the time out to Commend her for the awesome job she has been doing, Nyssa is always working whenever I see her. I remember once I had reported to her about some insect droppings that was left in the hallway and by the time I went to my storage unit and pass back that way the entire hallway was clean as a whistle.
Jennifer was very helpful. She was great helped me handle everything I needed.

I like the arge storage unit but $313 a month is too much especially after I have had the unit for a few years, but I am downsizing and hopefully when we get a home, I won't need them anymore.
