I’ve been renting a 10x10 storage unit for a couple of months at this location and I am beyond pleased with the services provided here by such an incredible staff. They are energetic and willing to answer all the questions I had with this being my first time using a storage unit.

Had a great move in experience. I rented online. Everything was setup when I arrived to store my items. I didn't need the lock that they provided so I stopped by the office and returned it. Spoke with Lisa who was very nice. She posted a refund for the returned lock. She gave me some valuable tips on storage rentals for the future.

I used Storage Sense twice in the last year and a half. Facility was always in great shape. When I cleaned my stuff out last week I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Damian Beach. He is FANTASTIC! Give him a bonus and a raise and clone him! You are lucky to have such an amazing human working for you.
Damien was very helpful whenever I was there. He kept the place clean organice a basically immaculate. Very helpful at all times.

We we greeted by the staff as we came in to the office, he was very polite and knowledgable - He found out what our need was and put us in a unit that is perfect for what we need to store. Have climate controlled units but only issue of entire move was the door to facility wasn’t wide enough to place our brand new refrigerator with glass doors and 2 bottom bins. Sidnt want to dismantle late at night. So have to store outside at son’s home until our home built. Otherwise happy.
