I've been using Public Storage for many years and my experience has always been excellent. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff is professional, and the management has always been reliable. I've never had any problems with access or security. It's a place I completely trust to store my belongings. Public Storage recently took over this storage facility (on International Drive, near Daryl Carter). A couple of weeks ago, one of the two elevators was out of order. Today, when we arrived around 11:00 a.m. to retrieve an item from our unit, both elevators were out of service. To make matters worse, there was no one in the office to assist us, despite it being normal business hours on a Monday.
While we could have used the stairs under other circumstances, this was not feasible given the heavy box we intended to retrieve from the third floor. Frankly, this situation is completely unacceptable. Reliable elevator access is a basic expectation for any multi-story storage facility, and customers should not be left without assistance or communication when critical infrastructure is down.
Ótimo para quem procura um lugar para guardar as malas se pretende viajar para outra localidade e retornar para Orlando.
Os aluguéis são mensais, como foi a primeira locação que fizemos, ganhamos um desconto. Saiu em torno de $50.
Lugar seguro, de fácil acesso e sem complicações para acessar o galpão em que alugamos, possui elevador e carrinho para levarmos as coisas para o locker.
A colaboradora que nos atendeu foi super atenciosa, educada e simpática, se chama Jahair.
O único “problema” que identificamos foram poucas goteiras que estavam tendo dentro do nosso locker, então tivemos que colocar as malas protegidas por sacos de lixo para não molharem, tirando isso, o resto e maravilhoso.
Recomendo para todos os brasileiros!

Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso a las vías más importantes como la International Dr, 528, I4, cerca de complex y por supuesto excelente atencion.
Encontre el lugar perfecto que se adaptaba a mis necesidades y hasta mas!! con el especial de los primeros 3 meses ya estuve un storage mas grande a precio de uno mas pequeño. El servicio y atencion excelente!
