Every time I come back here the same thought strolls up like it owns the place, how in all of creation is this the patch of earth where life is allowed without encouragement to reproduce? Of all the fertile valleys and sacred spaces where renewal might make sense, it chose this cluttered corner, this wasteland of half-formed thoughts and fully committed bad decisions. A miracle? Maybe. A cosmic joke? Almost certainly. Here, life springs up like a shameless weed, pushing through cracked pavement, ignoring logic, dignity, and any reasonable standard of worthiness. And every visit leaves me stunned as the locals wander their natural habitat of noise and nonsense, proudly propagating themselves like evolution forgot to review the permit.
You’d think nature would’ve said, “Not here, Try again”. You’d expect the universe to post a sign reading "Breeding Permit Denied". But no, here they multiply, fearlessly and endlessly, a population of cosmic leftovers proving that survival demands stubbornness, not brilliance. Maybe that’s the philosophy of it, life isn’t picky, noble, or even particularly smart. It just keeps going, even in places where you’d swear it shouldn’t. Yet somehow, here it is, thriving in the least deserving corner of creation, reminding me every single time that the universe has a sense of humor bordering on cruelty.

Came in clutch when moving.. clean safe stoage unit
Elevator out for a week during a time I had to move out of my home. Only compensation for me having to find a totally separate unit was a 25 dollar credit. I was told id be contacted by the property manager and it never happened. Climate controlled ? No the units were in the 80s. Just an overall awful and inconvenient experience.
The only reason I'm writing a positive review is for Mr.Judson. He made sure my little brother and I were safe and okay when leaving off. He's truly a nice person and deserves to be the big boss for his professionalism and for going above and beyond in the name of customer service. Thank you Mr.Judson.
I've had multiple storage units with Public Storage in the past and currently, as well. The customer service that I've received from Judson at the two Oldsmar locations has been OUTSTANDING! He is courteous, thoughtful, kind and most importantly, experienced! He knows his job and truly wants to be there to help, he goes out of his way to solve any issues that may arise. Oftentimes, people today don't have the necessary customer service skills that Judson has. They don't put in the effort due to laziness or a lack of work ethic. This is not the case here. If you need assistance, Judson is your guy! A big thank you to him...he is a true gentleman and and excellent choice for a property manager.

We reserved a unit online and Astrid was quick to call and arrange a time to meet on-site with Judson to look at units. There were two in the size we needed and Judson was kind enough to show both in case we had a preference in the bldg. He was very patient and helpful.

I would give this review zero stars if possible. We rented a unit on the 2nd floor and on move-in day, we found that the elevator was not working and we could not access our unit. Attempts to resolve the issue with management was to no avail. Their response was essentially it's our problem and did nothing to remedy the situation.

I was going to give this place one star but Judson Murphy not only helped me access my unit after multiple phone calls to the "maintenance help line" he restored my belief that there are actually people out there who care and strive to help make peoples' lives easier. Whatever Judson is being paid is not enough.

At first, trying to get storage was proving very frustrating. The first property I went to only had a kiosk… No persons available. I had questions and I wanted to see unit sizes. I went to the other property two miles away. There was a sign on the door that said they were closed until 12. I came back at three and there was still no one there. I spoke to different people and got different information. Finally I was told I could make an appointment. I had not known this was necessary in the beginning. So, I met with a very very nice and personable and helpful young lady who I will call RM. She helped me get my unit and there were no problems. I do not like contactless society as I prefer speaking to real people. But thank you, RM as you made it an easy transition finally.

If I could give a zero I would! This place is a ripoff. Over charge. Went to pull my stuff out and it was wet! Had to throw my king sized mattress and box springs away. Stay away from this place! They also make you buy their lock and you can't use it anywhere else! The property manager is useless and never returns calls. I paid for a 10x5 got 9x3.

Of course, I could not keep my space with such a huge increase and was going to downsize to a much smaller space. Horrible. They about doubled my rent in a year. Refused to adjust it. I moved to Cube Smart and am now saving over $100 per month.
They raised my rent 74% in barely over a year. Yes, you read that correctly: 74% in about a year. Meaning from $178 per month to $310 per month. That is how they reward loyal, long-term customers.
The on-site manager (nice guy) put in a rent decrease request with corporate. When the response came back, they decreased my rent by a whopping $7, which is about 2%. I called the 800-number, and the person was curt and said there was "nothing we can do." Well, guess what? There's something I could do, which is move out and leave an honest review.
THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT REPEATEDLY ONCE THEY THINK IT IS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE FOR YOU TO MOVE ELSEWHERE. Avoid this by renting from a competitor.
Ray is amazing! After some issues with my reservation and the customer service 800 number not being available, I was going to cancel and go to another company. However, with Ray's quick thinking and wonderful problem solving skills, he was able to find a solution and rent me a unit successfully.
