Greatest customer service
Maria did a splendid job in assisting me with finding the unit I needed. She even walked me to the unit to check it out before it was purchased. I was also informed that they had lots of new doors installed with proper seals to help prevent rodents and other critters from entering the outside units. This was great!

Ever since Public Storage took over this location its been night and day. I could never reach anyone when it was cubesmart over the phone. Calls were never returned back to me after leaving a message. However, ever since they've switched its been easier to talk to someone. I called and Janet answered and she was very helpful and compassionate with my questions. I then met her while at property and her Ray of sunshine was shown even more profoundly in person. Her customer service skills were top notch. Her kindness and professionalism we need more of in this worId. I definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.
Ms. Maria displayed good customer service skills, patience and knowledge of her job. When I meet people like her, I usually ask to speak to his/her supervisor. Then, I would tell them whatever you do for workers like her, a letter in her file or shout. Thank you very much!!!

Well, if you're going to PS after hours and it's dark out. Make sure you bring a flashlight because there are no lights. I mean, no lights. Not one light. You guys need to put some lights on.

AND TOMD MANAGER I CAN MAKE A PAYMENT NOW BUT HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST ME TO MAKE IT ON THE FIRST OF AUGUST SHE SAID THEIR WOULD BE A SMALL LATE FEE I SAID THEN I THANK YOU GUYS WE WILL PAY IT ON THE FIRST WELL JULY 30 I GET AND EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THEIRS A 111.00 LIEN FEE AND A LATE FEE TOTAL 348.00 ALL MY CALLS ARE RECORDED AND, I CALLED THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID I AM NOW 41 DAYS LATE ITS AUTOMATIC CHARGES THE 111.00 LIEN FEE AFTER 30 DAYS . EVERYONE GO TO U-HAUL STORAGE OR ANYWHERE BUT HERE THEY LIE TO YOU THEY ARE INHUMAN BUT I DONT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE I LOOSE MY BROTHER AND IF I DONT PAY 2 MONTHS PLUS THE 111.00 AND LATE FEE 348.00 I WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING. Update: I’ve worked with Melissa and district manager frank who has decided to refund me my money due to what I experienced. Even though I still do not think the units should have ever been in that state ( rodent feces and even a dead rat!) I am pleased with how company decided to fix it. I hope that the Leesburg CubeSmart can get an upgrade and offer climate control units and make it better for both the workers and customers.
Also outside of Melissa please review the people you have working there. Their customer service is repulsive.
I recommend not getting a unit with these people. My storage was rat infested and the lady claimed on the phone that they have someone come and maintain the storage which is A lie. Everything put in storage was brand new and I worked very hard to end up telling store associates and them acting like they don’t care and nonchalant . Why? Because it’s not their things that has rat poop. She said I’d have to file a claim but still haven’t provided me the insurance info we’ll see how that goes and I’ll be back with an update

I rented my unit at $69 per month. Two months after moving everything in, they more than doubled my bill to $138.00. They claim corporate does this based on local demand. I get raising prices for new customers. Buts it's not okay to double someone's bill after they've moved in. Not in that short of a window. That is eerily similar to that bait and switch tactic that is illegal.
Easy to rent nice people
It's great if you don't mind a $23 increase after the first 6 months after being told that it wouldn't be increased like that. And then when I questioned it I was told oh yeah it can either go up or down so basically they can change it however they want whenever they want. So if you don't mind that the unit itself is nice.
Sold a unit with shelving without telling me so I have 3 for space for storage for $100+ a month charged my credit card $80 for locks that I didn't authorize moving my stuff after just 2 days very bad customer service
They are the worst place to rent a storage unit from you belongings will be cover in mold and water damage and when you bring it to their attention they will try to make you sign a liability release form! They are horrible!!
If I could give negative stats I would. They have a roof leak they refuse to address lost my items due to mold and water damage in the climate controlled units but yet want me to pay them dang near 300$ a month for the unit. They refuse to do there job in the office as well if it means they have to get up from the chair or golf cart 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND
Unit leaks. The office refuses to do anything except have me sign an abandonment and liability waiver form for the mold/water damaged belongings that we have no way of disposing of.
