The smell alone should make you beware. Mice, rats, roaches. Garbage in hallways. They must have a new owner because the young girls just pretend to work, but really goof off and hang on their phones. They also probably stopped paying for an exterminator.

RATS RATS RATS!!
the 2nd floor in infested with rats. I saw 6 running down the hall and over the top of the grids above the unit. besides the rats and bugs there are just disgusting piles of garbage left out everywhere.
Rat infested :( this is a brand new facility only two years old and everything has rats. I opened my unit and the rats scattered. Seeing them is awful and now have to investigate the damage. Let the employees know but this problem isn't going away anytime soon based on others who have had this issue. Brand new facility has gone to the rodents and there is nothing public storage will do unless I took the insurance or file with my homeowners. This wasn't a problem 7-8 months ago and now it's a disaster

Saran and the Office did a great job in getting them in . I am on the account even though I won’t have too much in there, but I’m a former customer and I recommended that they come to this location if possible and it worked out just fine.
TERRIBLE! Unless you don't mind rats. The place is INFESTED! Not just a few here and there...BUT INFESTED. In the hallways and inside the units. Rat feces was everywhere. Save yourself the trouble and headache.
RAT FECES EVERYWHERE!
Spoke with the facility management and the Regional Manager and nothing. The problem has only gotten worse. All of my family's belongings are now covered in rat feces to the point that EVERYTHING SMELLS LIKE RAT FECES. Also, the doors are always open instead locked, the elevators alarms are nearly always on, the keypads are often covered in spit, and there is trash everywhere.
Sandrine has been a wonderful help during the whole process of renting and having our multiple units. Highly recommend this location for great customer service!!
After having this unit for approximately 2.5 years with essentially no problems, unfortunately when we went to close out the unit we discovered it had been robbed. We were devastated 💔 😢 ☹️ 😭 Back up about a week ago we were called and notified that our lock on the unit seemed to be loose. We thought little of it as we knew we'd be getting there that week to vacate anyway. The oddest part is that our unit was ALL THE WAY IN THE FAR BACK CORNER. I'm very suspicious about who did this. Whomever did it took their absolute sweetest time rummaging and taking from me. With this being said the office guy said that a lady had been burglarizing the place and had hit about 10 units already and had been caught a few days prior. 😳 This is about all I have to say.

Great operation
Would not recommend. Went through a huge mold issue, had insurance on the unit and they only gave us less than half of what our items were worth. Emptied out the unit, to find rat droppings and a dead rat inside the unit. Everything smelled really bad. So upsetting while spending $250+ a month.
Wow. I’ve tried different storage locations before, so I can say that this has been the most helpful one by far. Jerry made the experience a lot easier too.
Horrible. Roaches all over the inside of the unit. Gates are left open in the front and the last time I was there the gates to the side of the property were left open. I was dropping stuff off one day and they had had a break in on several units. Customer service is horrible not only at the site, but also with corporate. There is a storage facility across the street..better of using any company other than Public Storage.
Greatest experience. Sandrine knowledgeable. Smart as a whip. she's a keeper. Follow-up: Upfront during sale closing was fine, but after everything was my fault. Sandrine "assisted" me choose a better size unit, but did not cancel original reservation. Consequently, I was charged for both units. I did not discover the error until about a week after when I checked by credit card transactions. When I pointed this out Sandrine told me the administrative fee was not-refundable. She said she would submit a request for one. Nothing happened, so I'm going thru my credit card. Also, the restrooms are a mess. The men's room is always locked. Lastly be prepared to be bombarded by emails (20+) since the original rental.

Prices continue to go up. Employees uneducated and rude. Every person you speak to has a different answer for the same question. Always a run-around. I went in this weekend to remove the belongings. Definitely three maybe four people behind the counter had to wait 14 minutes for someone to come to the unit to help me.
Sandrine, by far, is the best! She was very informative and helped me pick the best space for my belongings. I'd highly recommend going to this location and making sure to ask for Sandrine when you do!
