Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5100 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL

No way to reach a person. Says they have an on site manager, but drove there to find locked doors. Phone number leads you to confused Indians who take 30 minutes of questioning only to tell you they don't have units available. Web site says units are available, but phone foreigner says not available. Waste of time and energy communicating with these folks just to even try to lease a space.

Dear Management, ​I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your storage facility. As a long-time customer of many years, I have always been very satisfied with the service provided, particularly by employees like Quan, who consistently offered excellent customer service. ​However, my visit today, was not up to the usual standards I have come to expect. When I arrived, the office was closed, an employee emerged from a car and informed me she was waiting for another employee to arrive. She advised me to come back later.. ​Upon my return, the same employee was still waiting in her car. She then told me she was a new employee and that she did not know the job well. She again stated she was still waiting for the other employee. I ultimately had to leave without being helped. ​Over the past six months, I have noticed a decline in the consistency and knowledge of the staff. This lack of reliable and trained employees has been concerning. ​Our company has always valued the relationship with your company and hope this feedback can help you address these issues.

Had a wonderfully helpful experience at this 5100 Military Trail in Jupiter location ! Renting a new space after being somewhere else for 20 years . I am so glad I stopped in . Britt is the best and most personable and knowledgeable person I have dealt with in a long time and it was a pleasure to come on board with Public Storage ! The older gentlemen ahead of me said great things to her but admitted he did not know how to go on Google to review anything and it took him quite a bit of time to finish his transaction with moving units or something. Britt was very patient and friendly with him also . So basically, we will call this two great reviews in one!

Safe, clean storage machine. Set it up online to get a discount. Nice clerks and you can get insurance as well as a climate controlled unit. They store cars too.

Rented 1 unit at this Public Storage location last month. I was assisted by Magdalena, and she was super friendly and helpful. Turned out that the unit I had rented online was not going to fulfill my needs, so she helped me to find exactly what I needed and at price I wanted. I am super grateful to have worked with her. The facilities are clean and organized, which is very appreciated.

I was looking for a local storage place within the area. I made my reservation for a storage space over the phone & Magdalena called the next day to verify the reservation. When I arrived at the facility, she was professional, very helpful & strived for customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction was met). She advised me that the size I reserved was sold but she upgraded me to the next size up. She showed us the storage space (which was clean) and the rental process went very smooth.
