To public storage it hasn't been the same very inconvenient the price is changed and the customer service isn't there anymore time to move out to a new storage unit.

Freddie is the best!! Had to find a spot for my rv, found Extra Space in Jensen Beach, gave Freddie a call, he handled everything with the utmost professionalism, offered insights and tips for the app, how to access the spot and how to deal with the billing, super excited to be able to keep our first RV with someone that cares!!
We were shopping around, stopped in and met the manager who was helping at that location, he was very prompt and very friendly, shared with us how to book our unit online and save some money. Big kudos to Captain Kirk as some things come and go but good customer service always carries the day. Excellent experience.

Just so everyone is aware the reviews for this profile are from Extra Space Storage. Public Storage bought out Extra Space Storage recently. Biggest complaint is communication, you cannot reach these people. They tell you your account is delinquent even with receipts. Then with clearing out the storage space, they assume you’re finished with your unit and cancel your contract via Email. Plenty of storage places out there that are far better and cheaper. Save yourself the headache and go else where.
It was great until it became public storage. I tried calling several times to get help with my unit and despite leaving numerous voicemails, never got a call back or was able to reach anyone. I tried to call about the account saying I owe money even though I have the receipt of it pulling from my account and they closed my account without saying anything to me at all. I moved stuff out with the intention of putting other stuff in it and they just close out the account without saying anything? How trash.
Ive had a unit at pretty much every storage facility in/around jensen and i found this facility to be the easiest especially when it came to my move out. Im a short term renter in-and-out and ill be returning. Not a big fan of their gate system but a small price to pay.

I visited my unit today to retrieve a few items and found the must disgusting situation. Rodent feces and urine was all over everything. Several of my items are ruined. No one has ever contacted me to advise of a rodent problem. I have called and I am trying to get a claims form. If you use that storage go check your items immediately. Of course the upload photos is not working. Unit 57 Disgusted!
I had an awesome experience with Kirk! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made the whole process super easy. He took the time to walk me through all the unit sizes, helped me find the perfect one for my things, and even made sure I understood how the gate access and security system worked.
The facility itself was spotless, clean hallways, well-lit, and I really appreciated the climate-controlled units. Kirk went above and beyond by offering tips on how to stack and store my boxes efficiently (never thought I’d learn storage hacks!).
Customer service like this is rare these days. You can tell Kirk genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his job. Highly recommend this location if you want a smooth, stress-free storage experience!
So I went into the office to rent a unit and Kirk the property manager was busy with an older gentleman helping him with his account. The older gentleman was not very good with technology, so Kirk kindly helped him through the process. It was a very pleasant experience I appreciate the professionalism and the respect Kirk gives to all his customers
