We worked with Patricia and she was absolutely outstanding! Has the soul of an angel and Goes above and beyond - if I could get 10 stars, I would!
Raised my rent over $100 since I’ve first started renting and there’s nobody in the office whatsoever. Zero support. Had my unit vandalized by homeless along with 3 others beside it THIS WEEK and the company tried covering it up before contacting myself and other renters. Stay away if you have the option.

They have rats! The rats will come into your storage unit and chew up your stuff and poop and pee all over it.
And they also don't allow you to access your stuff after hours.
And they force you to pay for their insurance and fees which is going to almost double the price they initially quote you.
Patrica was very efficient and proficient at resolving a rental issue I had. A wonderful lady to work with. Highly recommend the facility.
I was advised by a representative from this location that she would be sending my account to collections even though I was moved out by the 1st and contacted the location and left a voicemail because no one seems to ever answer the phone or in the office. Also they went up on the rent after the 2nd month. Upon move out I noticed they have a mice problem as well but luckily a lot of my things were in concealed containers but the smell and room was horrible. Please save yourself the headache and go to another storage facility I have rented from other vendors and as long as you move out by the 1st I have never been charged. I have contacted corporate and the BBB because that is unfair practices to be trying to charge someone a full months of rent when everything was moved out by the 1st. I never missed a payment and I will not be renting here again and I’m prepared to handle things legally if need be. Steven from the corporate office was really unprofessional and it sounded like I was speaking to a toddler he advised he can settle with me for $69 because his company was entitled to the money. He said they were losing money but from the looks of it they have so many storages that are available and not used. The specials they run or horrible so do not rent from them go to the other business that value their customers.

Beware!!! This is unsafe place,My unit in Baymeadows public storage stolen by three men with an U-hual truck in the daytime while Public storage employee onsite,JSO is investigating right now….
Update: I was told it was a mistake by the one of customer of Public Storage removed my items by accident ,I have received all my items after they suddenly disappearing 8 days ,For them it’s a mistake but for me it’s a nightmare!
Richard did great job to find out the moving company and provided as many as information he could but if he pay attention during his duty that shouldn’t happened.
Dude this was the best experience I’ve had at any of their locations here. Without a doubt they will be the place I keep coming back to. Great prices, great staff, David was super knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had.

They have mice in units. They want payment for whole month after you move out. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Don’t use this storage company. When I moved away on a work contract, I stored my things here until I was ready to come back and get them. I placed my own lock on the storage unit. This past January, I had my sister and her husband go and retrieve an item from my unit. When they got there, the lock had been changed to one of the locks the storage unit provides and the documentation was signed saying that I had the lock changed; however, I had not been back to Florida since I left for my contract. I called the manager of the unit and had them pop the lock so my sister could get what she wanted. When they finally opened the unit, it had been ransacked/trashed and several high value items, that I couldn’t take at the time, are missing. I was given the number to the insurance company and they denied my claim because even though the pictures show my unit had been trashed and the forgery of the documentation to replace the lock, I didn’t have proof of damage to the unit. They are more concerned about damage to the actual unit than the several items of value missing from my unit.

Richard was very helpful on assisting me on finding an RV storage spot throughout the Jacksonville locations. The following day, he helped me following through with completing the process to lock it all in. At first Tammy scheduled Tuesday afternoon with me, but when I called he said he could complete the process on Monday. He made it all that much easier.

Location was just right so we booked. Average process. The difference here over previous experiences was Richard. We had a schedule conflict with our movers. Richard helped us out right away. Then at arrival he got us checked right in, helped direct our truck to our unit and was on the spot for anything we needed. We were paying $300 a month for a rat infested unit here. I personally scooped two dead ones out with a shovel and it was just as gross as it sounds. The only thing management did was offer to put those rat packs in the unit. We moved out as soon as we could. Not only really gross but super expensive for a 10x25 with a pest problem.

The gentleman at the front desk made checking in super easy!
So there is a trash bin at the front that is sometimes open and it wasn't open yesterday but I saw some trash on the side in bags so I tossed my trash in the bag and one of the coworkers from her car starts freaking out cause apparently that trash bin at the front of the public storage isn't for customers of the storage so she proceeds to harp on me as if I'm supposed to know this yet there is no sign and seeing as people throw away things from their storage units it only makes sense clients would have access to a trash bin 🤷♂️
Don't harp on customers bad business fix your work environment with signs saying this trash bin isn't for clients 💅
