Richard was very helpful on assisting me on finding an RV storage spot throughout the Jacksonville locations. The following day, he helped me following through with completing the process to lock it all in. At first Tammy scheduled Tuesday afternoon with me, but when I called he said he could complete the process on Monday. He made it all that much easier.
