When in today at noon to inquire about a 10x10 storage unite, building was incredibly well kept just like brand new. Was greeted by Precious and Millie at the front desk with incredible customer service and theyhappily assisted me with answering all my questions. Highly recommend does not disappoint!!!

I left in march and they kept trying to charge me even though i scheduled my move out and called. Their team did not help me at all. They keep saying the payment is past due even though i moved out all my things and left to a new state. I told them this and they still tried to charge me. I told them i won’t be able to deliver the key and that they can access the unit. They said it will ruin my credit and they did not attempt to help me in any way shape or form.
There are rats and roaches. And people live in some of those storage units .. scary people

This review is for anyone that is looking for a place to store your things. I was assisted by Milly who I must say was so helpful! I came by to drop something off in my storage and see what I could do about the increase on my account Milly was more than helpful and assisted me to the best of her abilities she was able to bring my account back down to a more reasonable price for the next few months and told me to come back to the office after to see if something else can be done. Milly thank you so much you made this visit for me seamless and left with great news. Anyone looking ask for Milly and if her superiors are reading please give this lady a raise she is spectacular!

Precious has great customer service
New building, elevators are always broken. Front desk could care less if they see you unloading a truck only to find out you have to load it all back up since the elevators are broken, no sign posted and not a care in the world to alert customers. Wasted a Uhaul rental here and after filing a complaint was given a $25 credit for a $160 rental bill.

This place just open and it’s Terrible no one is kind everyone seem to have a attitude no one is ever inside to speak with. the door is always lock. I been sitting out side to speak with some one for a hour and still no one has open the door no one ever picks up the phone I willl not recommend no one to put any items in this storage

If I don’t, I will get the store price all I wanted to do was see the unit the other guy was sitting there coloring in a coloring book.the door was lock I told them that I have a reservation he said that he will still have to give me the store price not a good store I will never

It’s hard to speak to anyone at this location there is never anyone at the desk during business hours and you can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone when you need them.

###Not gated parking lot Chances of something being stolen from your truck while you're loading into the unit could be high. (Bring a friend)
###Code timer.....is too short for everything.
###8 digit code with a * and a # after
Code to get in the door to get the cart, load the card code to open the door again. Load the elevator code to select the floor.
###Air conditioning is probably set to lower 80s
###I can't imagine how hot it is on the top floor. The temperature is set so high that there's dehumidifiers in the halls.
###Only 1 elevator as to save money, I assume
