Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5910 S US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL

This facility is a night-and-day difference from my previous experience! I recently rented a space here and was transferring my belongings from Public Storage in another city, and was blown away time and time again by the cleanliness, organization, beautifully maintained property, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable staff, and the lack of rats and pests! THIS is how a Public Storage property should be operated! Janine has been such a phenomenal help whenever I have a question or concern, and the DM, Holly, is an absolute blessing! I am so grateful for the peace of mind for my belongings, and feeling heard and valued by the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility if you're looking for reliable and clean space, and excellent communication! Helm's Deep and Fort Knox got nothing on 5910 US-1! Thank you all so much ❤️

I will forever come to Public Storage for my storage needs! Not only are the facilities clean and well maintained but the staff is phenomenal. Erin is the heart of customer service. She is kind, personable, knowledgeable and incredibly compassionate to everyone's individual needs. I truly felt as though I was talking to a dear friend when making my reservation. So, when you visit Public Storage make sure you ask for Erin!

Horrible spoke to a woman that said she was going to be there all day to help my dad sign papers and answer question…. No one there We went across the street to CubeSmart Several other people stuck outside public storage I will never go there again sorry but true

I’m of the millennial generation and it was slightly confusing not knowing where the keypads were to enter the facility at first. As you get inside I figured out the climate controlled storage was located inside the buildings and the larger storage that’s not climate controlled are obviously outside. Storage facility is nice and quiet and very clean, however I would suggest a better climate temperature that’s atleast slightly lower than the 75-78 degrees it was set to. It was slightly warm and humid inside but managable. Climate controlled storage is quite a nice size though. I was expecting smaller but I’m satisfied with what was provided.

Erin was a delightful help with assigning s storage unit to my family. She was very informative. And helpful. She is more then a benefit to the company.

If you have an issue with a rent increase just talked to the property manager. The place is clean and the prices are right.

Went to the store and door was locked. Called the place and the women tells me that the person who is supposed to be at the store was taking their hour break. Came back after one hour and still no person. Don’t recommend this place at all. Customer service is trash.

Stole my refrigerator out of my storage. Told my to report to insurance. Kicker is..missing or stolen goods are only covered when storage way broken into..not when their staff cut you lock before the auction date expecting you not to pay it off! They thought I wouldn't pay,and stole my belongings before the date!! Called the cops and manager left before they arrived. Way to care about your customers!

Hello my names Jevaun, let me tell y’all something about Holly AND her Staff. Outstanding, hardworking , overachieving, and just pure … caring and kind. When I needed to find a space and an affordable rate for my wife, they were there on the phone and in those CPUs (as much as they allowed because they are limited 🤷🏿‍♂️) , for hours helping me match with the best space ! Then when I needed a space myself, they helped me find another match which I missed a discount to , yet they still assured me the best rate , Square foot for square foot! Everything worked out. Every time ! Lastly , I had the horrid nightmare of being locked in Public Storage, actually happen to me !!!!! 😂😂😂 Guess who ended up being there to help, grumpy (it was my fault) so don’t push your luck!!! Holly, Ms. Holly was there as the property manager to release me back into the wilderness of where I came from lol. (give me a public storage style “smack on the wrist” vs submitting information and risking time limitations or worse, EVICTION) Appreciated! Thanks Holly!

Add another storage facility I have been overcharged and had my rates increased to the point it was almost double I went to Public Storage dealt with Bob and he was awesome to deal with I have a great rate and comfort to know that I will be treated fairly. He was thorough explaining and showing me where my storage unit would be and help me set up the app for ease of access I would highly recommend this place! customer service at its best!

Brian was the difference in us using public storage. Was unhappy with the size of the 5×10 unit ( bring a measuring tape and you will understand) . Brian got us into a 7.5×10 ( still not 7.5). He wad polite , professional and willing to go the extra to make a customer happy. If it wasn't for him we would be writing this review about another storage facility. Couldn't process our payment online for some reason so Brian showed up on a holiday to help get us into our unit.

I've been renting here for a few months, now they want to jump my rent up a 100$ more,also my dad has a unit and they tried to do that to him too but they will not bring it down,very disappointed and now I'm my dad and I are gonna move out and I wouldn't recommend stay there for very long

Best storage facility I have ever used. It's all thanks to one man. I was trying to down grade to a smaller unit by the end of the month to avoid paying a whole other month. Bryan helped me by not only looking out for me in knowing how important it was to me that I got a smaller one by the end of the month but he actually did it! He remained in contact with me and remembered me. Best customer service ever. He was very professional and about just satisfying his customers. Appreciate you so much Bryan!
