The elevators weren't working and I have a unit on the second floor. The gentleman there i think his name was Hector. He helped play bell hop helping me bring my stuff up there since im a smaller person. And had no help to begin with. I was very thankful.

As we all have things in our own lives that can cause stress, the assistance they provided helped to alleviate any additional stress that the moving experience could have presented. On June 21st, 2025.
After walking out of a disaster (looking at you, Lock Up Storage), I ended up at Public storage— and thank God I did.
READY FOR STORY TIME? (Of course you are or you wouldn’t be here reading this..)
I made a few storage reservations the previous day— all around the same time. Every company called to confirm. Same situation, same question, same need.
At the first place I went to, I was met with hostility, lies, and a woman who acted like customer service was beneath her.
Then I walked into Public Storage, and met Anabell — and within five minutes, everything that had gone wrong earlier was fixed by someone who actually knew what they were doing.
She was calm, professional, respectful, and clear. No attitude. No power trip. Just help.
The wild part? If that troll at the first place had shown even half of Anabell’s professionalism, I would’ve signed with them on the spot. But she didn’t. So I left.
And now I have the same size unit (10’x20’) for $40 less, at a company that actually gives a damn.
Anabell, you saved the day.
This is how you represent a business. If the owners are reading this: give her a raise, because she just gained you a customer for all the right reasons.

We’ve only been using this facility for a few weeks, but the experience so far has been excellent. The building is well-maintained and feels very secure, which gave us peace of mind right away. The online setup makes everything super convenient—reserving, paying, and accessing info is all streamlined.
The staff has been great, too—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. I haven’t needed extra help yet because everything has gone so smoothly, but it’s clear they’re there if needed. Looking forward to updating this review after a few more months, but so far, it's been exactly what we hoped for.

It was super easy to get my storage unit! The manager greeted me as soon as I came in and wasted no time to show me to storage unit I was interested in. The facility is clean and well maintained. Due to the rate increases, I would not necessarily recommend using this as a longer term storage, but for shorter term I think it's the best option. The staff and managers are friendly.

I want to commend the employees here for the incredible customer service we received!! During a recent move, we needed a place to temporarily store the contents of a three bedroom home. From the first call with Andrew to reserve the unit to securing the unit (and ultimately having a add an additional unit). Andrew was so helpful getting the reservation and I can't say enough about Ebony who was at the property to provide assistance. She was so friendly every step of the way from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. I have to admit we were pretty needy and both Ebony and Andrew never stopped being responsive, friendly and helpful and they both really went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. I really want everyone to know how much we appreciate their assistance and how lucky you are to have such awesome employees.

I have been so pleased with this storage location! The facility is extremely clean and secure. The staff is efficient and helpful. So pleased, that in making my permanent move to Arizona, I have chose to keep my belongings with Public Storage in Arizona. A big shout-out to the property manager, Adria. She has assisted me with my move details in order to perform a seamless location to location move. A huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you Adria and Public Storage with keeping my belongings in your better interest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
