Today June 25th I have been several times in this property of Public Storage at 6050 State Road 7 and noboday has been there. I went back at 1pm I waited there for more than 30 min and nothing... A Guy who lives there on top arrived and that was it, just went upstairs.. I also called Public Storage and the only answer was that "yes there is someone there" and then told me to call the location Phone Number which Nobody amswered. Left several messages and still waiting.. Service is the Worst.
Donna and Michal were extremely helpful. Michal came by my unit while I had it open and when I said it was getting expensive, he suggested a smaller unit now that I have reduced the contents. Excellent solution for me! I met with Donna who explained the whole process and helped me go online on my phone to get the best price and complete the rental agreement. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the facility. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Ms.Donna Is Amazing she is always helping me fix issues. Her Customer Service is Amazing easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Just an all around great person definitely an Asset to Public Storage.

Emerline is awesome!
So my experience is a little different from other reviewers, I’ve been renting a unit here for almost 4 years. Due to family illness I had to move from Florida and go back North, so I stored some things with the intention of moving back & that just hasn’t panned out. The unit price started off at $25 in 2019, in 2024 the exact same unit is $95. I was 15 days late on my payment for January, unfortunately finances are tight for my family right now. After paying for my unit for 4 years with a $25 increase each year, and added fees, I got a message that they would be putting my things up for auction. I get it, I know that’s the standard for storage units, but after 4 years and only a handful of late payments,( but they did get that $20 late fee$$$$$ that is over 20% of the rent 🤔 I would just like to think they would notice & be understanding that there is clearly some hardship, but no. Instead like most companies they offer a ton of discounts and options to new customers and forget about the long term existing customers. I have not been back to my unit since 2019, so to speak on the unit itself, I can’t. The minute I can empty this unit, I will do so, it is now on the top of my to do list.

We first had a double unit then went down to a 10 x 10 and Emerline (the manager) made the process simple. Gaining access is simple. Use either a code or send a signal via the app as you pull up. The facilities are clean and we have peace of mind that our belongings are safe because of the well placed cameras.

I have been renting a unit at the public storage on 6050 FL 7 coconut creek and have to say this is the best experience I have ever had. From the first visit Emerline the Manager was beyond knowledgeable, I needed a place to store my daughters apartment until she was ready to move to CA, she helped make the process of selecting the unit all the way to emptying it after several months an outstanding experience. She is an asset to the facility, she also keeps it so nice and clean. I want to personally thank her for everything. If there was something higher than a 5 ⭐️ she would be the one. Thank you again 😊

Don’t let all the fake 5star reviews fool you. They have good service IF AND WHEN U ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO CATCH SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE. I’ve been renting here for a year straight now and I ALWAYS have trouble finding anyone that works here. Today is my 3rd time that I spend money on a uhaul truck, time loading it up to show up at the property and no one working at front office. It’s a Saturday at 12:30pm (mid day) on a day people move/ comes to storage. Been here since 10:00am waiting with all my things because I need assistance entering my unit. CALLED , left messages, emails etc. and yet NOTHING !!!

This is the best Public Storage I’ve ever rented at. I came in pretty frustrated that I didn’t have access to my unit today because they were remodeling the floors and Emerline was super professional, patient and polite to me by showing me the email they had sent out (even though I never got it) even though I didn’t get access to my unit today the customer service she displayed was so phenomenal it made me really glad she is there. It made me glad at least that I’m renting at a place that makes improvements and has amazing people working there.

Talk about going above and beyond. Ive worked costumer service for over 30 yrs and i myself have never provided such amazing service. Not only did she drive to another location she also worked after her shift to made sure my transaction was complete. She should be employee of the month for atleast 3 months back to back.
