Anabel was very judgmental and harassing. Had to organize some things in my storage unit and she came all the way down my isle with the cleaning cart and had to move everything out the way for her. She didnt say thank you nor did she do any cleaning.
I had an empty box that we thought we can put in the outside unload and as my partner was taking it there she was watching us via camera and quickly came out and said no empty boxes can go there!
On our way out I stepped in the office to ask her where the empty box can go and she didnt greet me she actually looked at me like “what am i doing walking in the office”.
I asked her why the unprofessionalism and the dirty looks and why are we being harassed. I told her i will be giving my feedback and she very rude said “go ahead”. I am a Registered Nurse and the way she conducted herself does not remind me of a professional employee. She was out of line and we felt discriminated against! Horrible experience with this lady.

Worst place ever to deal with. We reserved a storage unit. We went to measure to make sure it was ok. Than we went to secure it and were having issues. Instead of telling my husband on the phone. They made my husband drive down to the location comes to find out they gave the unit to someone else. And they now have no UNITS AVAILABLE at either one of the locations. WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH HOW DO YOU GIVE SOMEONE ELSES RESERVATION TO SOMEONE ELSE. I am appaulled at the service at the location.
Worst place ever had a reservation for a unit. my husband went down there measured it to make sure it was a good fit. He went to secure the reservation and was unable to do it online. The place made him drive down there and his reservation was given away to some one else. Couldn't even tell him this on the phone. Now there ARE no spots available worse PLACE TO DEAL WITH. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If I could give it no stars I would.

Searching on line for a storage facility close by was easy. I could have done all my reservations and storage size picks, upper floor or bottom so on on line but I wanted to actually see the place also. Anabell was wonderful she was on site and assisted me with my reservation.
