Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a very disappointing experience with the Public Storage location at 6400 oregan chickadeesDrive. Spring Hill Florida, both Manager & Customer service was unprofessional . The facility did not meet expectations in terms of organization and overall management, I was charged even though I vacated the property and DENIED my request for the funds they took out of my bank account
For a company that handles people’s personal belongings, I expected much better communication, accountability, and care. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere before choosing this location.

Went in to rent a unit. The woman was busy on phone and had another customer. While I waited, I listened to her side of the conversation. I had to leave, the way she was talking to that customer. I decided that I’m not renting here. Someone needs to teach her how to handle customers in a professional manner. However Victoria at the other location was awesome.
Rented a unit with my son and the facility is clean and Steve in the office was great. Definitely recommend this location!

Otto is wonderful. However I would call around before getting a unit there. My ex got one just last month and they only charged him $100.00 a month. I got one recently and charging me almost $160.00 a month and it’s the same size as his and right next door to mine!!!
Otto is such a great example of what companies should strive for when looking to hire an employee. Over the weekend we had trouble getting into our unit because the lock was faulty. It was after office hours when we realized it so we left a message and had to wait until Monday. We hadn’t been there in a few weeks so we were only imagining the worst scenarios of what could be wrong. Otto called back right away and when my husband came by after work, he was so helpful getting us into the unit. We needed a new lock but Otto saved the day. After he helped us, I had remembered when we set up the unit how genuinely nice he was back then too. Real class act, thanks Otto!!!!

Otto, was awesome! Honestly I shouldn't have to say more than that, but I will. He took me around he showed me different units, offered me the special that was there, explained everything in thorough detail, was extremely helpful in explaining the pricing whereas a lot of these places do not. Five stars. Otto was awesome! I think I said that before, but I can't say it enough.

Clean well maintained facility with a friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of space to get a 26 ft uhaul’s into and out of but not recommended to pull in straight ahead with a semi truck mover truck.
