this review is for the PUBLIC STORAGE at 115 manatee ave west. i was in need of a follow-up with an unusual request. i was greeted by a kind lady with a huge smile. i came to find out her name was DOLLY. she hadn't even been at the facility 24 hours and i had a curveball. she was as helpful as she could be still finding her way. well, needless to say, DOLLY moved Heaven and earth to get answers from another wonderful woman named TRACY! well, between the two of them...ALL MY PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED. DOLLY went above and beyond to assist me and then TRACY flew in with her WONDERWOMAN cape and BOOM... problem solved. there was nothing "public" about this interaction. these women treated me like i was their best friend, and now they are mine!

Had such a wonderful experience when I stopped by and spoke with Teresa A, she was very helpful and friendly.
Upon entering the location at 115 Manatee Hwy. W. I encountered Ms. Teresa. I must say that in my entire adult life of renting the occasional storage unit I have never experienced such a flawless and pleasant peeson in her presentation and execution of the entire transaction. Please keep her on staff...make her a trainer or something and give her a raise.
