Hasten was working the Bellevue Road Location. I had to be transferred units 4 times, due to water intrusion in some of the units. Recently, we moved out of an apartment that had flooded 3 times, with zero accountability or compensation from the apartment complex (foundational flood that was covered up several times - pure negligence) and no coverage from our insurance; needless to say, I wasn't willing to risk losing any additional belongings from any water damage. Hasten quickly transferred me until we got a good unit, making sure to check each one himself. He was truly a gentle soul, who absolutely understands the meaning of customer service, along with going above and beyond! As for the water-intruded units, don't allow that to deter you. These units only had a minor damp spot; I PERSONALLY just wasn't comfortable with it, after the amount of water I've been dealing with lately. If I were storing something like a metal table, a bike, anything plastic or hard and non-absorbent materials, I wouldn't have minded the damp spot. This is my go-to place to store my belongings, in my journey to finding a forever home! Hands-down the best storage rental place! :)

My daughter attends Univ Delaware and we chose this facility for it's location, ease of access and of course cost as the locker was only going to be used over the summer. The team welcomed us like we were old friends, they took care of our move in and gave us no problems or extra charges when we moved out. Highly recommend this facility. The staff truly was a cut above anywhere else we considered. They answered every question, email response was super quick and friendly folks that seemed to actually enjoy working there.

Rusany is the BEST! After exploring several storage companies I decided to go with Public Storage based on my customer service experience. Rusany answered all of of my questions and help put my concerns at ease. Plus the location is great and easy to access.
Great service! The first person I spoke with when wanting to get a unit at this site was a young lady named, Nevaeh. She was kind and patient enough to answers all my questions and concerns over the phone and was able to secure a unit the same day without having to had been to the site yet. The next day I went to move my belongings in, she happened to be there and her energy was the same in person as over the phone which was amazing and again, she was patient enough to, then, answer my questions about possibly moving to a bigger unit and didn't mind giving me all the information needed including suggesting that I should wait on the upgrade, and so I did. Time passed and I still wanted a bigger space so my next encounter was with another young lady there named, Ru. She was straightforward and funny as we both exchanged laughs while she too patiently assisted me with all transferring and payment processing while still answering all my other side questions, as I do like to ask a lot questions, she just kept assuring me that her answering them was no problem and I could definitely feel that was true. Genuine customer service is hard to come by these days so being blessed to have came across that twice and at same site was amazing!

Taking Gma out of her kitchen wasn’t easy but she needed storage space, so I took her to this Public Storage close to her house thinking “here we GO” 🤷♂️ excuse my honesty here but that Manager is Fukkin AWESOME, Gma said to me wish my daughter turned out like that & we laughed.

Crystal is a terrific lady. Two days ago I was there and she was very helpful. She spent a good amount of time with me to explain all the details, and finally, I rented one of the biggest size of storage. Because of her good attitude towards me, my girlfriend and I decided to rent another similar size storage by tomorrow and leave the other storage company, which is near public storage. We were there 5 years, but Public Storage is better.
