Predatory pricing and serious safety concerns
I strongly advise looking elsewhere for storage. This facility uses a "bait and switch" pricing model—they lure you in with a low introductory rate, only to hike it significantly within six months. When I called to dispute the increase, management was dismissive and actually blamed me for signing the agreement rather than offering any customer service.
Even worse, the facility is poorly managed:
Pricing Dishonesty: I tried to rent a second unit at a lower advertised rate, but the price jumped $30 at checkout. Despite having proof of the online price, staff claimed they had "no record" of it.
Safety & Crime: There is a constant police presence at the entrance due to people attempting to live in units and local crime.
Maintenance Issues: My unit has had a broken light since day one. My maintenance request has been ignored for months, which is a major safety hazard given the activity around the complex at night.
Facility Quality: Many units have ongoing water/leak issues, the unit across from mine lost many precious valuables after a snow storm where the snow melt penetrated the roof and damaged their belongings. They left the facility shortly after.
Do not be fooled by the initial low price. You will end up paying more in the long run for a facility that is unsafe, unresponsive and predatory.

Lost track of time and got locked inside the gate. No phone number anywhere on the inside the lot , the alarms were going off for quite a while I called the police they came found someone in the office they could not open the gate either cops found a number on the front door which cannot be seen from inside the gate. The next day I got a nasty message from public storage saying I would be kicked out for being there after hours

Well after a long journey I purchased my first property. I must say they have made this a great experience. It was easy to reserve a unit and super easy on the app to schedule a move out date. The unit is booked was spacious and I knew my stuff was always safe. The woman who ran this place is just a beautiful soul so kind and friendly! It was such a nice time visiting with her while I dropped stuff off or pick stuff up. She is honestly the best! The bathrooms were always clean. If I ever need to store stuff agian this is where it will be!

Gem was exceptional. I came in for a transfer and I gained a friend. She's so sweet. I have had unit issues in the past at other locations and other competitive storage services and never have I had such good service. I was so scared that I was going to be stuck with my bad choice and with a keystroke she had me back in track thank so much.

Update as of 1/31/25 my payment has gone up to$350 A MONTH. I pay on time every month. Literally like clockwork it goes up $80 every single 6 months. With no reason. DO NOT RENT HERE OR ANY PLACE THAT RUNS THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS. We will be giving our 30 days notice and never dealing with these grifters again. I have never been able to talk to anyone except the people there (who are helpful) but when it comes to corporate you can't get ahold of anyone.
Old review --- Just wonder why my payments continue to increase by like $80 every 6-9 months. Is this normal? I had 2 units for 2 years with other companies, and never once did they continue to raise prices. Very frustrating. Beware.

Just had to call the police on the lady that was tripping out on me she works here and I'm organizing my storage and pulling my tools out to put in my truck and swap for extra stuff I came here with from Florida I just moved here live in down town den and work over this way but she asked if I was a vender or a customer and I explained I have a unit and she said my belongings was an eye sore for her other customers and when she flexed and stormed away talking something about how she will deal with it and I was begging her don't trip I'm doing this while it's warm and I was not in anyone's way I hate this I feel like I'm getting kicked out and there gunna sell my stuff

I seriously fail to understand how I rent a unit, receive an email that the unit is ready, then the lock is still on the door. Then to be told by customer service that we will have a property manager contact you in 30 minutes, and it has been almost 12 hours. Absolutely unacceptable…
Been renting a unit at this place and wish I never came upon renting here. My unit has been broken into now twice and no one at this facility ever tried to contact me to notify me my unit was broke into. Both times I found out by going to get something out and surprise a new lock. First time all I got was a little sorry and worker left. This time they stole a lot of stuff, I’m trying to see if they can transfer me to somewhere were the stuff that wasn’t stolen will be safer until I can figure it out but they want me to pay for the transfer. I’ve been out of work 9+ weeks due to a broken foot and they can’t help out. So on top of being robbed I’m now stressed that this will happen again which it unfortunately probably will. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to pay to get your stuff robbed and never be notified that it took place.

When I showed up I couldn't get into my unit. Had to talk to a kiosk to fix a code.
Went into my unit to drop stuff off, and the gate was just left open.
Betthy gave great service went above and beyond and i know she would have done more if possible. Great person got me resolved in my situation even having 100 things going on being end of the month gets pretty busy but she went above all expectations to help me every way possible. It's a storage facility...had stuff there over a yr and it's fine, seems secure and safe.
After selling my home, I found I needed to store some items that I didn’t need to take with me. Michelle was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a small space on the first floor. I decided to upgrade to a larger unit, and Michelle was extremely professional, efficient, helpful, and so patient with my needing to have a locksmith remove my lock from the former unit, because I misplaced the keys. She was dealing with a lot of issues that day, and she handled everything with grace and patience. The building is very secure, clean, and close to my home. I highly recommend this location if you’re needing to store your belongings.
