Misty was great at assisting me to secure a unit, she led me through the online process and insurance.
Misty at the front desk is so wonderful. The facility is new and very large. My only suggestion is the carts they provide are so small. They need to get larger flatbeds for moving things in and out on. Other than that great place to store your extra stuff. The a/c is always very cool and feels nice.
I have never had a notable experience at a Public storage until yesterday! Lisa absolutely made my day. After a few unsuccessful phone calls to customer service, I went in to the office. i’d rented a unit that was too small AND i needed a first floor unit. At the office, Lisa found the perfect spot and transferred my account with ease- less than 10 minutes and she got everything i needed. The space is clean and well maintained. So pleased. Thank you again!

I like this location, it is new and secure. I rented a unit today, and while not everything went smoothly, Lisa was very pleasant, very helpful, and acknowledged every customer as they arrived. The facilities weren't perfect, but every unit I was shown was clean and functional. There was a unit with a damaged door, and Lisa helped me find a more functional unit. I saw her interact with several other customers than myself, and she took meticulous and accurate notes. I'm glad I chose this location.
