I rented a unit today, and while not everything went smoothly, Lisa was very pleasant, very helpful, and acknowledged every customer as they arrived. The facilities weren't perfect, but every unit I was shown was clean and functional. There was a unit with a damaged door, and Lisa helped me find a more functional unit. I saw her interact with several other customers than myself, and she took meticulous and accurate notes. I'm glad I chose this location.
