I used Public Storage booking online, and I found the process fast, and easy! I was able to book a unit and start using it immediately. The lot is well kept, secure, and clean. I definitely recommend Public Storage for your storage unit needs.

Do not go here! They have been taken over by a new corporation and our rent has gone up $70 a month!? Maybe even more because it is constantly going up. Also if you make a payment late be ready to pay it $50 late fee. Trust me this place is trash

I've have the task of moving one storage unit a 10x24 to a 10x30 which is 50 ft away and it's a lot of work the benefit I like about this place is it's 24-hour access. I am a night person and therefore it's good to be able to get into my storage anytime. Well an update here security Self Storage which was where I initially rented at 9150 Pierce Street was bought out by public storage and I had no idea so now I have no more 24-hour access which really sucks and so I'm going to move to a different storage place where I can have the access I need and actually I found one that is a great deal cheaper than what I'm being charged for the 10x30 right now which is 331.28. The public storage is not a place I want to bring my business once I found out that the storage facility that I was in got bought out by public storage and I no longer had 24-hour access I paid for one more month. This company is trying to charge me for the whole month of february because I didn't for one didn't know and didn't make my monthly payment on the 1st of the month which was news to me because I had been paying on the 6th of the month which was my due date that was set up when I first rented there all the sudden now I'm late however the reality is this, I never signed a contract with them pay for one more month and left before the 6th of february. Public Storage does not know how to handle customers they have rigid policies and they are not in my book friendly or professional. I had rented a storage several years ago from public storage and had similar experiences in a whole another location. I recommend finding something better than public storage I did and I'm saving $60 a month from what they were trying to charge me and I have 24-hour access now also. I'm just hoping the district manager does the right thing and dismisses the so-called charges for the whole month of february when I left before I had to pay for the next month. They come at me with there were emails sent out to everyone explaining the Takeover and new payment date supposedly it was sent sometime in December. The problem is if Public Storage sent me emails I wasn't going to open them as far as I knew I was renting from security Self Storage so all I was thinking you was some sort of promotional or trying to sell me a storage unit so why would I open their email when I did not want to rent from public storage that doesn't make no sense. Public Storage doesn't make sense.

Since public Storage bought old storage facilities, it has been nothing but confusion and frustration. I purchased storage at this location because it was 24hr access due to my schedule. Without any notice, public Storage began sending emails about paying my bill, to sign lease agreement, and that my insurance would be cancelled and started with a new company. I did not even know the old storage facility had sold/ and Public storage was buying the property…no notice ever! I feel forced to comply, as if I had a choice! There was not choice and all of the customers who chose this location because of the access hours are force to scramble to move to a new location or sign a new lease. They do not treat you as a customer, just a number! If they did, Public Storage would have given customers time to make an informed decision or at the least give an appropriate time before changing the 24hr access hours with a email. I called to speak with a manager today. No answer just voice mail. I then tried to contact a live agent and got a chatbot Grr! When I did finally get ahold of agent to request extended hours to finish up my move, I was told that Public Storage did not give gate access after hours. This has been a horrible experience between to storage companies. There was no choice. I did not pick public Storage for a reason. Find a different storage company that treats you as a customer.

It’s a good storage, but there is never anyone who is there or awnsers the phone and we are currently locked inside with a moving truck and the gate won’t open to get out after we have tried the code to many times

I find this absolutely ridiculous first off I've been storing my belongings at security self storage now for probably 4 years I was not given notice of the company change to Public Storage nor was I given notice about access hours changing nor was my bill lowered due to the access being no longer 24 hours I chose security self storage because I had access of 24 hours and pay the ridiculous price that is only gone up every 6 months and now since the company has changed to Public Storage I'm still paying this ridiculous amount for 24-hour access which I do not have anymore so the question is why am I being charged for something I'm not being able to use greatly appreciate the notification I will be moving out this month

We chose Security Self-Storage to house our belongings during our move to the area. We have been so impressed with the manager's attentiveness through each phase of the process - from initial contact through move-in! Thanks Angie! She makes sure the facility is kept extra-clean and tidy, and has a safe feel. Great choice!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would leave 20!!! Angie, the manager, is an amazing woman. Understanding, hilarious, resilient and admirable! It's not often you meet such a heroic person. She has my gratitude and my RESPECT!!! 1 in a TRILLION! Also, very clean spaces. 24 hour access. Lots of avaliablitly. And to boot, great prices!!

I love renting a spot from security self storage. The security is top notch The site is always clean 24-hour access and Angie the GM is probably one of the coolest people I've ever met in the last decade and it's affordable as hell you should rent here. 100% recommend

I rented a unit in nov of 2022 and had absolutely not one issue with this place it’s by far the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever rented from there’s been a change of management which is definitively one added reason to consider this facility the on site G.M Angie is very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with when speaking to her. Amazing job! 24 hour access. Highly recommended 5stars!

I rented a storage unit here for a little over 2 months while I waited for a garage at my community to open up. This place is great, 24/7 access, clean, you need to use your unique code for both going in and out. That way they know when people come and go. Angie is the new manager there and she provided a simple and efficient checkout process. Great service! Highly recommend!

I got a deal for 1st month free (not including taxes and fees)! Storage units are level and seem to be sealed nicely.

I love this place. I've been to two other self storage places before coming here and none have been as welcoming or as confidence inspiring as Security Self-Storage. Right off the bat, the Property manager Roxy took the time to know me and understand my needs. I wasn't simply offered a unit, but rather a selection of available units were discussed and shown. This level of personal care means my belongings are kept somewhere where the management cares to know every tenant who rents there.

This is easily the best self-storage facility anywhere. Roxanne and her family are fantastic, their attitude is downright neighborly, security is top notch, and the ease of 24 hour access is the only way to go. I wouldn't store my stuff anywhere else. If your looking for the best, Security Self-Storage on Pierce is it.

I was about the toss away, I found an oven in the trashi could scrap and recycle,which my new years resolution is to recycle, repurpose, reuse. So the oven is $$$ in the trash and once I clean her up she'll be the bell of the ball.. 🤗
