My mother in law and I both have been trying to rent a unit online and getting the run around from customer service all day long after their website wouldn’t allow for me to complete the reservation. Everyone seemed to want to quickly get off the phone, pass us over to another department and she actually took initiative to help us out even after closing! Thank you 100x over Cindy!

The entire facility is clean, conveniently located, and well-maintained. The on-site manager, Cindy, was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Cindy took the extra time to thoroughly explain the various rental charges, and even helped me load the app on my phone, which was super convenient and a tremendous time saver. Cindy was absolutely fantastic and very helpful throughout the process of providing storage, communicating the different boxes I need for moving, and answered any questions my wife and I needed answered. she also went above and beyond to provide us insight on ways to pack things, make it more easier that we would have never thought about. Online price was not honored in person. Reserved the unit online 3 days prior, told it was unavailable on move-in day. Total disappointment. Office manager was friendly enough and seemed to try to work out something, but the reservation system is a joke.
Literally such great staff, specifically Cindy. I thought this experience was going to be filled with so much anxiety but legit such an easy experience. 11/10 would go here again

This storage facility is very clean, safe, and secluded. Cindy is a great manager to work with as she has your best interests in mind. She’s very punctual and willing to help you get the right storage unit for your needs. She also is very willing to keep her customers in the loop about their times and rates. Would strongly recommend if you are in the Littleton/Ken Caryl area.

I love this location! This is the second time I’ve rented from this facility. Very safe and secure. Cindy is also super helpful in keeping communication clear and spends the time to make sure her customer needs are met. I originally tried to use a facility/company slightly closer to home but after the interaction with staff, I came right back to Cindys property knowing it was going to be simple, easy, and everything I needed.
