Hi just got started with public storage and had a great experience. The app, directions, and mainly Cora were great. I live right down the street and I asked about the police presence given some of the other reviews. She assured me they’ve taken steps to up security and I believe they have. We don’t live in a perfect world and people will always have bad intentions. Good on them for doing what they can to prevent this. Facility is clean, wasn’t busy, and appreciate the tech to basically be entirely touchless.

I have had 2 storage units here in HR since 2021, paying on them both while living back home in MI. There's a story behind all of that but I would have to write a novel! I would just like to say, after dealing with a few other employees during my time there, BRIAN has been incredibly helpful and was able to help me more in one day than the others were able to do over the last 3 YEARS! I would literally dread it if I would have to call the office, knowing nothing was going to be accomplished. I have been in and out of the climate controlled building on Siskin
for 20 years. The last 2 years the Air Conditioning has not worked and the building was getting up to over 105. Also the security doors on that building were not working and were always wide open. There is a new manager at that location named Bryan that I spoke to about the issues and I came in today and the air was working and the security doors. The 5 stars are for Bryan, not Public storage ! Thanks Bryan!

I had booked a storage unit with a certain other green logoed storage company, and due to a glitch in their system was unable to access it upon arrival. Their customer service team wasn't able to get the issue fixed, and I was left with a full moving truck due back that same afternoon. I drove to this Public Storage location as it was the nearest one, and I'm glad I did. Clarissa went above and beyond and helped me to get the perfect unit the same day, saving me over $100 in additional fees for my rental truck. I'm very glad I chose this location, and I appreciate the easy and helpful experience, would recommend to anyone considering renting a unit here!

I have rented several storage units at many Public Storage locations, but this location has been one of the best experiences thanks to the property manager Dawn. I opened two unit back in October starting with the online process. Dawn called me right away to confirm my reservation and walk me though the process. Throughout my stay Dawn was extremely polite and was always available to answer any questions or help me if I needed anything. From the cleanliness of the units to Dawn's attentiveness I strongly recommend the Highlands Ranch location.
