They don’t care about military or government workers at all. If you are either, and you haven’t had revenue because of the shutdown, they will tell you they are going to sell your things or you can “go find a charity” with a smile on their face! We started using this storage in September. We couldn’t make our October payment on time because of the government shutdown. We tried calling multiple times at the end of October to see if there was anything they can do considering I’m a contractor not getting any revenue until the government opens again and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. We left voicemails for 2 weeks straight and no one returned our call until they called to let us know they were setting our unit up for auction only 1 month past due! I called back and finally spoke to someone explaining the situation and they came off very condescending and said they had no programs available for the shutdown and I should reach out to charity. This is crazy to me because every other company I do business with is offering some kind of extension for the shutdown. We weren’t asking for free rent or waived payments, just an extension until the money starts again. I asked if I came up with octobers payment and removed the stuff if that would suffice (this was the 2nd) and the first was a weekend) because no one returned our calls in time to find out they weren’t doing anything. They refused to do this telling me we would have to pay for the full month of November as well or we wouldn’t have access to our stuff. It really seemed like this was something that was making this person happy about knowing she would be able to auction our stuff at this point even though I explained it was only family pictures and sentimental items in the storage, nothing of value. I reached out to their main customer service line and the rep said they have been doing things for people affected by the shut down and she would have the district manager call me to work it out within 24 hours. Great, I was happy I spoke to her and thought it would be resolved. Until tonight, just got off the phone with Tonya, the same lady I was talking to about it that said there was nothing they could do. She informed me that customer service sent an email to the district manager and the e manager had her call me back because she handles the liens and auctions. So she begins to tell me that there is nothing program or extension she has heard of for the shutdown and they wouldn’t do anything about it, and that I would have to pay October and the full month of November to even have access to our unit again or everything would be auctioned in less than 3 weeks. If this is the type of customer service you want, then this is the place for you, but they clearly don’t care for Military or government workers.

Super easy registration process online. Michael was super helpful and accommodating with adjusting my appointment time. He gave a great tour of the facility and helped me set up the app to ensure everything worked properly.

This is an absolutely fantastic storage unit facility with good prices great units easy access with using the phone app the units have wood walls which you can mount things on and high ceilings and a light feels very secure highly recommend

This is a great facility. The manager, Michael, is terrific. He's always helpful and friendly, as are the other staff I've meet. The facility is clean, including the restrooms, easy to access, very convenient.

People unless it’s temporary…. go anywhere else in town to store your stuff . This is the worst place to ever place your stuff into extended storage. I’ve had countless price increases yearly now & my $75 unit has climbed with 4 price increases yearly to $210????? Place is a joke. Zero customer service & a bunch of BS For a 5x5 closet unit? You guys are the bottom of the barrel for storage needs.

Made a reservation for elevator accessed unit. Elevator is broken with no definitive plans to fix or replace.

We have rented a unit here since 2021. The rate has increased from $290/month to $715/month. I just called about it and they reduced it to the previous rate which is $589. Beware of rate hikes every 3-6 months.

01.29.2025.Today I bought a unit at an auction, After driving 40 miles, I arrived at about 1 p.m. there was no one there, waited for about 30 minutes, then arrived at 5 again there was no one, I couldn't even get the paperwork to pick up a couple of my things.Disgusting attitude towards customers

10/10 Michael aided me through the online erental process and made it a breeze. Will always have my business in the future.

This place was fantastic. The man scheduled to work today was extremely helpful and explained everything to me very well, not overwhelming, helped me save money, everything is secure and I feel like my things are very safe here. I've rented in other states with other companies, this has been my simplest and most affordable experience so far. You don't really need much with short term storage, I understand this. But just like with landlords, you'd be surprised how screwed over you can be so quickly. This place was upfront and super easy, customer service is accessible and easy, loving my experience! No complaints here!

Came here on a Sunday because almost all other storage spaces were closed. Michael took his time to explain and show us all units available. Told us about the promotions and was extremely nice to us. We ended up renting a unit, and will likely be using it for a long time. Best customer service we have received in a long time. Kudos Michael!

Everything regarding the process of getting the unit has been easy and well communicated, and Michael has been available for any questions/needs. The unit is clean and the app for getting in/out of the gate makes it super easy to move things in and out. Would recommend this unit to all!

Elevator has been out of order for weeks and the motion detector lights for small units don’t work. Not worth the money. I would recommend another facility.

High rates, deception, hidden fees and broken latches. No month for free and no late night appearances, gate open 8-9pm or earlier on weekends. The storage door latch was missing a bolt.

Michael was great! He was very friendly and his customer service is the best I ever experienced! He found my reservation and checked me in with ease and quickly . All while explaining everything I needed to know about the unit, access and etc. I was really in a rush and I was moved in within minutes. This is great location manned by an awesome staff member .

The two guys who were working the evening on 1/4 were amazing. The website booked the wrong unit and they effortlessly helped us switch it over and refund the previous one like it was nothing - even cleared the snow off in front of our unit too. Storage is always hit or miss with so many things, but that experience alone will always keep us with Public Storage. Thanks again y’all.

Michael was very knowledgeable and got me the right unit at the best price for my needs! Edit! So…. After one month my price jumped by $20. In the last year it’s jumped another $55. So it started at $80 and it’s almost doubled to $155. I know that’s the game they play, but that’s ridiculous. I’m getting rid of this storage unit.
