Moved in last month. My goal was to move everything out of my 4’ X 10’ by today. But I still had a few things that I couldn’t get into my car. So I downsized to 5’ X 5’. The transition was so smooth and the lady at the front desk is always so friendly as well as helpful.

So far good rate and service is friendly but I will have to say the hours they allow you to access your unit are difficult. 9 to 530 or 6 with no after hour access suck...but for the most part its secure and friendly
The facility is nice and clean and feels secure. The hours are pretty terrible though. Most days of the week its pretty difficult to get to my unit without leaving work early.

I have mixed feelings about this business, and I’ve left lower star ratings before, but again had to revise up to a 5-star. Public Storage is not perfect by any means. Let me start by saying that the people who work at this location, especially Wenona and Patty, are very nice, very professional, and despite being underpaid, always go that extra mile. I hate that this location closes at 5 PM on weekends and 6 PM on weekdays. If you are like most people, these times make it very difficult to access your things. I build stages and store music equipment those events, and these restrictive hours make it impossible for me to access my equipment when I need it, but it is close to my loft, and other nearby storage facilities have the same hours due to the homeless problem. YES, they WILL raise your rent after you move in, and then raise it again and again, but sometimes, like once every 3 years, they reduce it a few months of you ask. This is in response to both market demand and the fact that they have you as a hostage, but that’s the storage business, and if you are using it for a short period of time in between moves, you won’t have to deal with it, but if you’re a hoarder, or if you are using it as an alternative to renting proper warehouse space like I am, I challenge you to find anything cheaper, and you will come back to the reality that any alternative space would cost significantly more. And, as much as I disagree with the principles that the storage business runs on, taking advantage of people who are emotionally attached to their stuff to boost their selfish revenues I do have mad respect for the owner of Public Storage. Yes, she is rich AF and has one of the most expensive homes in Malibu listed around $150 million, and she made her wealth by inheriting and owning a massive portfolio of real estate, funded over the years by people in transition who pay a premium to occupy her space. But she’s also one of the largest donors to USC, giving them $400 million of her personal wealth to help students further their education and realize their dreams. My daughter got a full ride to USC. So, call it full circle, or call it karma, but if I have to shell out an extra $100-200 every month from my business account that I get to write off anyway for the convenience and privilege of not having to pay a commercial lease rate for an alternative warehouse that would cost 5x more, I gladly do that in exchange for her having paid my daughter‘s $80,000 annual tuition, and the tuitions of hundreds of other kids too. Ideally, you don’t need a storage unit, and if you are in between places, you move in and out, taking advantage of the first month rent of $1 and never realizing the savage rent increases that long-term renters such as myself do. But, in a world of slumlords, lousy operators, and indifferent management teams taking advantage of the little guy, this owner is a good egg, and she hires dedicated people, starting from the frontline and up through regional management, and I give her 5-stars for doing the right thing, and her teams 5-stars for being awesome!!

I recently won an auction and it just so happened to be at this location .. and not only was I finding myself feeling welcomed.. just by watching how the staff worked together and assisted each guest - from long time tenant to a person with 48 hours to clear out a unit .. not only was the staff kind to each person .. I got the impression that as a general rule .. all the employees realize how each person is an important part of their business .. and goodness just comes naturally . I liked the fact that I felt I had privacy .. I also liked the feeling that they were there to assist and that a system that was proactively preventing “free for all” was in place ! The property. Is 7 years old and looks like it was built yesterday .. that has to tell you something . Personally I want to thank Wynoina ( I hope I spelt name right ) .. her professionalism far exceeds any standard a company could have .. she is an amazing employee .. I hope the company really knows how great she is . I have a feeling they do - but wanted to say so just incase . Thank you guys ..
The facility is very clean and the staff is amazing! We had a miserable day of moving where everything went wrong but shout out to Wenona who made our day and absolutely saved us. She stayed late to allow us to finish moving in and was so incredibly sweet. Thank you SO much!

The staff at this facility, who manage a building with over 2000 units, are not only professional but also adept at handling a large volume of customers. Despite this, they still make time to engage with you, not just talk at you, which is a refreshing change from the norm.
You will have all your questions answered, and they will look out for your best interests and the facilities. It is a great place to rent!

Wynona and Emily were so awesome and helpful to me! I want to give a word of caution to anyone else that the facility closes at 6 pm sharp (just check the times per day) and you cannot move in or out at all past closing time. I was unaware and had to make arrangements to finish the next day but thankfully Wynona and Emily were understanding and I was able to get everything done.

The property manager, Martha, was every bit as lovely in person as she was on the phone. I hoped to get my questions answered; I didn't expect to be treated like a VIP at the Public Storage. Martha answered all of my questions (some more than once). She's very knowledgeable and extremely gracious. I'm so glad I found this location to trust with my upcoming short-term storage needs!
The staff here is amazing especially Leon and Wenona! My move ran late and they went above and beyond especially for it being a snowy Sunday. They both stayed almost an hour late to accommodate me loading my storage unit . True angels. Property is super clean as well.
Had such a great experience here! At first we went to the other nearby location and they helped us find what we needed and pointed us to the best deal we could get—so helpful! So we ended up here and Leon and Patty took care of us and were incredibly kind and helpful.

Wenona was amazingly helpful during my move in. The pace is clean and as described. The hours are limited, but this also means a higher level of security. You won't have to worry about people trying to steal your stuff at 2am when nobody is around. My only feedback would by that they need more dollies/carts. 1-2 is not enough for a building with 20,000 + storage units.

He was/is the absolute best.. I even told the head manager. He's a keeper y'all!! Let's definitely have more folks like him in the world, and at public storage for sure. I only had a unit here for a month to help with a transition between my moves but had no issues (besides there not being enough carts to move your stuff in/out of the unit when it’s busy)! Getting a unit online was super easy and Damien and Tim in the rental office were super sweet and really helpful. They saw on my account that I was charged for a lock that I never got and refunded me right then and there. The facility is also quiet and clean and in a convenient location.
For being one of the busiest parts of town I had been renting here for two years and I was definitely satisfied

Overall great central location for anyone living downtown Denver or in RINO and easy access for loading/unloading (something we were initially worried about ~ has not been an issue at all). They have carts available for shuffling items to and from your units, ample elevators, clean, security seems solid as well as the staff and overall management. The only problem I experienced was three months in when we got a letter in the mail letting us know that they were increasing our monthly rent by 50% (three months in!) which really ticked me off from a principle standpoint, especially knowing that the hassle of moving basically forced us into staying. Anyways, after discussing the matter with the GM David who I have to say handled the issue very professionally my faith in this place has been restored. Just be aware that with this, or any other month-to-month contract (very common amongst self storage places), your rent can go up at any time. So be sure to factor that into your budget/plans.
My time at public storage was bitter sweet only because of the friend that never actually helped move. The operators of public storage were more then happy to help me with my unit. Damien especially showed compassion and consideration when guiding me on moving in and out of public storage!
Damien in the office is a baller. Made my move out as easy as possible, and was beyond friendly. 10/10 help, if I ever need storage again I'll be coming back

Hanne treats everyone with respect and is very outgoing to help with questions and concerns. I've been renting a unit for almost 3 years and have had several problems with other staff but Hannah is the most professional staff member there. Some of the new employees are very rude and seem to need more customer service training and experience. The facility is well kept and maintained as it should be. 5star to Hanna for outstanding customer service!

One of the cleanest and best maintained storage facilities I've experienced. Hanne and Patty are the BEST! They are both helpful and knowledgeable and make this facility what it is. Recently, all 3 elevators were out of order. I had stopped in a few times to check on the status of the elevators and was given honest answers about the timing and status. At my request, they even called me on Saturday morning to tell me that there were 2 working elevators, if I wanted to come and access my top floor storage unit.
I love storing my extra things in a facility where I feel valued as a customer AND I get to see a friendly face. Thank you Hanne and Patty!

This place is so convenient and easy to access. As a young woman I feel very safe coming and going here. It’s very tidy, clean, and orderly. There are many locks and safety mechanisms in place so I feel very secure leaving my items here. Hanne and Patty are wonderful. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. They actually went above and beyond and helped me find my phone when I misplaced it. I would very much reccomend.

We moved in on October 15 and had already reserved a 4x4, not really understanding it was a small box locker. When we got there, we had excellent help from Patty who even showed us some units before we made our decision. The move in went so smoothly thanks to her! Patty the front desk lady was very courteous and helpful with the getting of my storage unit from them. Even with running a little behind of the scheduled time for meeting she didn't shrug me off or feel as if it was worse thing I could have done but went ahead and took care of me and never once made my experience unpleasant.

Yesterday was a bit hectic for me as I was traveling from beaver creek to downtown Denver. I came right before closing and Emily made the entire process smooth, quick and easy. She's extremely pet-friendly as well! I've been to other public storages in denver and aurora but this experience was far better. This location in downtown Denver is absolutely professional, even on crazy busy days the staff here are patient and compassionate. Patty helped me through the process of getting a storage unit with no issues even tho I had to upgrade to a bigger unit, she still helped me with a smile on her face on top of having entitled customers needing service “on the spot” . Expect it to be a busy storage facility as it is in a high traffic location.

Updated: David, District Manager reached out via phone to hear of and apologize for my experience negative today. He kindly waived any potential fees and ensured a redirection with this particular staff member would be had. I stand by my referral of this facility because of their cleanliness, efficient service and friendly associates. “The woman with a foreign accent hung up on me twice this afternoon and failed to mention another month of rent + a $300 cleaning fee would be charged as a result of leaving trash (i.e. estranged items). Her customer service and phone etiquette skills need improvement.
