I am moving my daughter’s furniture out of Public Storage on Blake Street in Denver and am happy to write another great review. Segen, the onsite manager has been so pleasant and helpful. I have mobility issues related to recent surgery and she offered me a comfortable chair and placed it so I can watch the move taking place today. She also offered to make sure the storage unit is clean after the move, which is a huge help to me with my health situation. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need one in Denver. It’s so impressive to have not one, but two incredible managers onsite to assist with last minute issues.
I had a very good experience at this storage facility with Finn, the facility manager. My daughter has stored her furniture and other belongings for about 2 years while she was settling in a different city. She’s ready to have her things moved but wants to assure that her stored items are still usable before going to the expense of moving them. Finn was kind enough to check on my daughter’s items and assured me that they are in fact wrapped and in good condition. Since I will be flying to Denver and staying overnight to supervise the move, Finn was very helpful in calming my trepidation regarding this move. Finn is an absolute pleasure to work with and highly professional.

I was in the process of moving and we unfortunately showed up a half hour before closing. Segan was working that day and was amazing and very understanding. She helped make sure we had all of our items in by closing helping with the doors and elevators also being readily available to help make sure we got out of the parking lot safely. Segen is absolutely amazing and made the process smooth and simple. She is professional, courteous, and we had a delightful convo as she helped me pick out my unit. The areas were clean and clear, and she gave me a fun fact about my unit having 100+ year old brick in it. It’s the little things :)

This location is fantastic! The units feel secure even though you’re downtown. The office manager, Segen, is extremely helpful and attentive. I’ve had a few public storage units and this location by far has been the best experience.
Please clean will secure climate control the lights turn off a little too fast for me but other than that the cool thing and I would like for her to open a little bit earlier sometimes you know

I have visited this location several times with a friend who has a storage unit . I always observe the cleanliness and of course the building itself.
Today I rented a unit for myself and I had the pleasure of having Sagen assist me with giving me information about the rental, showing me the unit and it was clean for me to move my belongings right in. She explained all charges and I signed up for the auto pay which makes things easier for my busy life.
I was comfortable with Sagen and I recommend this location .

The customer service was outstanding
I showed close to 6pm, when the office closes, thinking they closed at nine. The Public Storage Representative, Segan (I hope I spelt that right), ended up offering to stay late to help me secure the unit for the next morning, also offering to show me the unit and help me set up the app. She was there the next morning and showed me and my mother the unit, also gave us other options in size.
