I was in the process of moving and we unfortunately showed up a half hour before closing. Segan was working that day and was amazing and very understanding. She helped make sure we had all of our items in by closing helping with the doors and elevators also being readily available to help make sure we got out of the parking lot safely. Segan is a wonderful property manager and this storage facility is one of the safest in Denver. Highly recommend!

I’m in the process of transitioning between living spaces and needed short term storage. I was recommended this spot and was not disappointed! Segen is absolutely amazing and made the process smooth and simple. She is professional, courteous, and we had a delightful convo as she helped me pick out my unit. The areas were clean and clear, and she gave me a fun fact about my unit having 100+ year old brick in it. It’s the little things :)

Price given online did not match the price given or charged over the phone. The size of the unit smaller than what I was told over the phone. I was told I could stack crates high. Which is far from truth.

This location is fantastic! The units feel secure even though you’re downtown. The office manager, Segen, is extremely helpful and attentive. I’ve had a few public storage units and this location by far has been the best experience.
Please clean will secure climate control the lights turn off a little too fast for me but other than that the cool thing and I would like for her to open a little bit earlier sometimes you know
Not the best place to get storage. Especially if you work an average 9 to 5. Also the weekends it is not always available because it is right next to the rockies stadium which they shut down the street so you cant get to it and have to walk several blocks if you want to take things to it.

I wanted to share a review for Segen the customer service representative at blake street location. If I was able to give more stars I would. She has been an amazing worker. She is kind concerned with your units if you fall behind she calls as a courtesy to see what up. She has called even to check on me in my situation with an emergency when I left the state to come to arizona. I pray for her and her family and pray her bosses will give her a generous raise for her outstanding customer service thank you public storage thank you Segen!!!
30%+ rent increase in a single month, twice now. Y’all think that’s a bit excessive??
I have visited this location several times with a friend who has a storage unit . I always observe the cleanliness and of course the building itself.
Today I rented a unit for myself and I had the pleasure of having Sagen assist me with giving me information about the rental, showing me the unit and it was clean for me to move my belongings right in. She explained all charges and I signed up for the auto pay which makes things easier for my busy life.
I was comfortable with Sagen and I recommend this location .

This place is fine but if have any issue there is no one on site. Closed on Mondays but hours are posted they are open. I had an issue and was told to come back on Monday. That was my 2nd visit and tired calling tons of times never got a call back. I ended up canceling my unit. Waste of money.

We had a unit here for the past ~18 months. They started with a competitive rate, then soon started raising rent (once we were out of the country and unable to move units) until it was 80% higher than where it started.
Worse, they changed access hours without telling us. Moving truck showed up at 8 am and can’t get in, now we’re out another chunk of cash. What kind of storage unit only lets you in between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm? Unreal.

Not only was there not a soul on site to help my partner or myself find out units, but if you try to get your money back for an untouched unit, best of luck. Even if you set it up online you're still going to somehow pay an administration fee even though not a single human was involved in the process. It's set up now so that every vacant unit just has a lock and keys in it ready to go for when somebody rents it online. They've basically removed human interaction entirely from the process. I've had one decent experience out of multiple bad ones with PS. Switching to Extra Space. At least we were able to talk to a human being there.

So here I am standing here trying to pay my bill for a second day in a row. Now they hit me with a late fee. Please help me understand how can I pay my bill in person if no one is ever here. Some of us still use cash. It's 4:36 pm. And the person that works the front is so rude and is no help whatsoever. I felt like I was talking to an oh my god I don't even know.

I am so thankful to you for going out of your way to make sure that I felt welcomed. they ran out of the space size I requested and she was able to bump me up to the next largest size for the same price. Beware, this company will raise your monthly rate every 6-8 months. Had unit for 3 years and they raised the rent on me 4 times. It went from $78 to $152 a month. They also will not give you a prorate if you move out of your unit early in the month. They will stick the whole month to you even if they turn around and rent the same unit the next day. Getting paid twice for the same product. That must be nice...Otherwise, the unit was clean, very secure, staff was nice, did not have any problems with pests.
What usually is a really stressful experience - moving - was stress free with the help of Seger at public storage Blake st location. She was so helpful and kind.

I would not recommend this place, we got this place thinking everything was good and wasn't at all. We paid for a month and two weeks later we are being charged again that's very incorrect it's 30 days from when we pay not 2 weeks from that payment. Very difficult to get ahold of the manager of the property and when they are they hardly around to help you out.

This location definitely has business. The facility was clean, and kinda reminded me of Fort Knox. Segen is just AWESOME! She was just awesome and made sure I had everything I needed. Prices went up I wasn't able to get to my storage unit on days the baseball game is going and if I do I can't even get what I needed the officer gave me a time limit to be in and out so so much for paying high storage fees and you can't get in on the weekends the rockies are playing.

The customer service was outstanding
I showed close to 6pm, when the office closes, thinking they closed at nine. The Public Storage Representative, Segan (I hope I spelt that right), ended up offering to stay late to help me secure the unit for the next morning, also offering to show me the unit and help me set up the app. She was there the next morning and showed me and my mother the unit, also gave us other options in size. She made things less stressful for me when I was in panic mode, even walked out with a smile. Fantastic customer service, professional and personable.. Thank you

I stored my stuff there Feb 19th 2022 and had a very good experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful and answered every question I had. I also got a follow up called once I reserved the spot. Definitely recommended
I wanted to do business with this Public Storage. I made am online reservation for a 10' X 20' climate controlled, ground floor unit. I personally took public transportation to pay in advance on 3 occasions, all on weekday afternoons. The office door was always locked without anyone staffing the
office, desk or phone EVERY TIME!! All 3 visits I waited outside the office door for 15 minutes to no avail. On several occasions I spoke to a manager on the phone and was e-mailed & texted a link which was supposed to allow me to pay online. I was nevmorninger successful at finding the payment method thru this link, trying every link I ever received. I unfortunately confused my reservation day with the next day. When I arrived a day late, in the early morning, the manager was in the office. They had already rented the unit to someone else and had no others which afford my needs. Customer service was non existant. My experience, over all, was a huge time and energy drain for me, all for nothing. Such a bad experience, worst storage facility ever, and I've rented storage units all over the front range ever since 1984!
