If you need long term storage, do not store at this facility. I am military and have a unit here since June of 2023. The price for the unit that I am renting went from $220 to $400 over the span of less than 2-years.
They have no customer loyalty and do not care for military personal. The only reason that I have stayed at this unit for so long is because I have been out of country and unable to physically move my items. I will be taking my business else where as soon as humanly possible and never doing business with Public Storage again.

Went looking for a storage unit. After days of misery I finally ran into Gigget and Jennifer at public storage. Couldn't ask to deal with better ladies. They had answers for all my questions, and were very friendly and professional. I am so glad I came here.
This storage space is clean and well-lit, and the transfer carts are very handy. Still I cannot not use my phone to unlock the front door, even with help from the office manager. I have to manually enter the code every time. And I worry about security. There's a single pane exterior window that could easily be broken with a tire iron, and it's big enough for a person to enter through (see photo). And there don't appear to be any alarms set near the window. Why are there windows in the building in the first place? This needs to be addressed.

The front desk lady is disrespectful I went in there to get a storage unit and she was pretty mean about the hole thing and then told me I have to use there locks and I have to pay for it. I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this storage unit.

I have been using this specific public storage for a little over a year and I have never had good luck with storage facilities besides this one. Jennifer has been an absolute god send every time I needed help or just to call and let her know I was going to be late on a payment or anything. Jennifer is my go to! If you’re only doing short term (less than 6 months) then it’s fine. Anything longer and they will raise your rent by $50 every 6 months. The employees say it’s set by corporate and based on market trend but I can get the same space for less anywhere else. In a year and a half my rent doubled. Go to one of the local places where they don’t gouge you.

I was comparing storage facilities and rates. After speaking with Max on the phone and explaining my situation he suggested I come in to the facility. Unfortunately because of my work, my timing was very impromptu. When visiting the facility I met both Max and Jennifer who were quite professional and very friendly. I found that Max was a new associate but I would have never known so. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the facility prices and units. I want to thank both of them for helping me in the Rental process showing me the property and making moving an enjoyable or somewhat enjoyable experience thank you!!
We rented using one of the half off sales. So it was a good deal for us. Jennifer helped me set it all up. She was so helpful deciding what size we would need. She was so friendly. The only great thing about this company is their app. It is a great feature to use for access to facility and to check you account. Besides that, by far one of the worst companies I have delt with. If you don't have to, don't use any public storage services anywhere. They are cooperate and wont take care of you.
