Julie is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and works hard to keep the building clean. We feel comfortable and secure storing our extra stuff at the Tutt location (which is only a few weeks old). We also like that it's close to our house and in a safe part of town (near Costco). Bravo, Julie...you ROCK!
I have dealt with PS in the past and this time renting a unit was nice and easy. The unit was just right and the service was wonderful. Julie was very helpful and answered any questions I may have had. I feel safe leaving my belongings at this facility. The place was new, nice, and clean.
