Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3855 Tutt Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO

I had no issues with my unit move-in. The facility is extremely nice and clean and the staff are very, very friendly and helpful! The prices are competitive and the location is great!

Public Storage was easy to rent online. The facility at 3855 Tutt Blvd in Colorado Springs is very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and all units are inside. I rented a climate controlled unit near the elevator. It’s an extra $5.00/month for a unit “close to the elevator.” Renting the space online, I didn’t know the size of the property so I wanted to be sure the one I rented was easy to access. With 3 floors, I don’t think it’s worth $5 extra a month to get a unit near the elevator because the property isn’t that big. That said, I am very happy with my unit. I LOVE the company app. It’s easy to use AND you can unlock the gate or doors with just one click in the app. Very nice feature. On my 2nd day to move stuff in, which was a Saturday, the property manager, Julie, said hello and let me know I can unload near the sliding doors. This was super helpful to know! She was very nice and professional. Overall, I’m super pleased I chose Public Storage over others.

Julie is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and works hard to keep the building clean. We feel comfortable and secure storing our extra stuff at the Tutt location (which is only a few weeks old). We also like that it's close to our house and in a safe part of town (near Costco). Bravo, Julie...you ROCK!

I have dealt with PS in the past and this time renting a unit was nice and easy. The unit was just right and the service was wonderful. Julie was very helpful and answered any questions I may have had. I feel safe leaving my belongings at this facility. The place was new, nice, and clean.
