Just rented a unit at this location since it was closest. Beautiful facility and the manager Michael is extremely helpful and polite he went out of his way to show me around the facility and make me feel at home. Update be careful this facility charges additional fees when you decide to vacate. Michael sent me a additional bill which I refuse to pay I left before the new billing period began and unit was thoroughly cleaned. I left because I found a cheaper newer larger unit at extra space storage on Canada drive. I shouldn't of been charged any additional fees!

Got help from Michael today grabbing a 5x10. He was super-clear, polite, and got me signed up in about 10 mins, awesome.
Upon securing a unit through the website using the only link that was provided to me for my reservation I recieved a call that I had at one point in time made over 12 reservations even though I only ever used the link provided to me to return to my reservation and only recieved one email regarding it. We somehow ended up with keys to 2 separate units when only 1 was paid for. I was then told "I know what you're doing" and "we don't deal with your kind of people" followed by "dont make me get the police involved." Im not sure what kind of people he was referring too or why the police would need to be involved over a misunderstanding. I was then told I would never be allowed to store with public storage again and after this interaction/altercation I will ensure that no one I know EVER does business with public storage.

Afternoon to all, it was a pleasure with Michael the manager at this storage on electric drive he actually cleared up some questions i had and showed us how to exactly clean up properly after vacating he came up with us, i would go out my way again to this storage if Michael is there! If i need it again! He actually took time to see if my son can work there and called me bk that shows me he recognizes good customer service, i use to be a AGM of a hotel, good people sees good people, yes we all need work but i appreciate him! Michael was extremely unhelpful on several occasions with the questions that I had. He was rude and evasive. This was surprising considering the good reputation that Public Storage is known for. I did my research before renting and am now somewhat disappointed in the way I was treated. This person should not be in customer service.

The temperature was on the very warm side not very climate controlled
The access doors only stayed open for short periods and had to reenter my access code multiple times

Came to view the property today, the manager Mike was sarcastic and down right rude. When asking why the unit had insulation as the wall and not finished he said because that’s the way it was build he didn’t build it. He was extremely unprofessional. Super grumpy property manager.
I called in for reservation but that seemed to be a waste of time but I did receive help from Ms Julie with a smile on a good attitude that calmed me and ended up leaving with a completely different mood thanks ms Julie for you assistance so 5 stars for her helping me and getting my storage

This place is incredible! The benefits you get for the prices they have are out of this world, and the management is amazing to top it off. Kelsey stopped by and welcomed us to the facility right away and made sure we had everything we needed. If you need a storage unit, this is the place you need to be!!!
I highly recommend this storage facility! I was able to handle the whole process of renting my storage over the phone with Kelsie (apologies if spelled wrong). She was able to set everything up and explained the directions of lockers as well. It is very clean, and the other customers seem nice and respectful as well.
