Getting a storage unit for the first time can be intimidating. But because of the most kindhearted staff member, Terri, she helped answer all my questions and issues I was having. She was on top of the whole situation and was ready to find a solution to any problem I was facing. I am truly grateful for her help, and for her personable approach. Every time I come in Lisa is very kind and professional. She remembers all her customers by name. My second visit was a very difficult day for me it was the 3rd year anniversary of my son's passing, Lisa was there with a smile and an empathetic ear and heart. She's always cleaning. This location is the find a storage I've ever seen.

Lisa the manager was so helpful in getting us a last-minute storage unit when our original one didn’t fit all of our things. She ran around with me to look at each available unit for size and tried to give us as many flexible options for pricing as available. We’re really glad she was onsite on a Sunday as it made our move-in much easier!

I stopped by today to inquire about renting a storage space, no reservation, on a whim as I was driving by. I’m moving, and I’m not great with understanding dimensions or reading what “could” fit in a certain space and knowing if my things would fit. Lisa was amazing! She was so patient with all of my questions and took me to see 4 different sized units so that I could actually see how big, or small the spaces were. I was able to see units on each floor and how clean and well kept everything was. I will definitely be back because of Lisa’s 5 star customer service!
5 stars for Lisa, 3 stars for the facility. It seems every time I come here something is broken or out of order. Lisa always goes above and beyond to remedy tough situations that are out of her control. If it weren’t for her, I would not recommend the facility. Thank you Lisa for your hard work.

This is a great location to store your items. We had a lot of our home items stored here for 7-8 months. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are great and helpful and it’s nice that there’s always someone there. I feel like my items were very safe.

I went in this morning to ask about units because I’m looking to rent within the next few months and Pam was the person who helped me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable even offering to show me units. Also, she showed me some merchandise I can buy for when I do move. I didn’t know they sold boxes and tape so it was nice to have someone show me this! I’ll be using this location for sure!
My husband and I were helping some friends move into their storage unit today and when Pam approached us she was very friendly and nice. She asked us not to prop the door open but was super friendly about it. Showed us immediately she was looking out for the customers safety and she did it with a smile and friendly attitude.
I came to this location today and was greeted immediately by Pam in the office. She was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful! I’ve been at this storage for about 3 months or so and my rates haven’t changed thank god because I’m having a really hard time financially. Also it’s always clean due to the women that work there. Pam is such a nice woman and every time I go she is roaming around making sure it’s clean and there are not people there that aren’t supposed to be. She picks up trash, cigarette butts etc. thanks Pam you’re a great employee!!
I called yesterday to get information on renting a storage unit and I spoke to Pam. She was very nice, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. When I decide to rent the storage space I will be renting from this location because of her customer service!
I highly recommend working with Pam she has the best customer service! I recently moved and needed a small unit to store my furniture. I chose this Public Storage on the basis of its proximity to Denver, accessibility and affordable price point. I had fallen behind on my rent due to unforeseen circumstances and I received the last notification that the contents of my unit were up for auction in a matter of days. I immediately called Public Storage. Pam calmed me down and helped me find out the exact date my stuff was scheduled to be sold. Pam even followed up with second call, to let me know that Public storage received my payment and that I’ll need to buy a new lock for my unit. I’ve worked in various customer service capacities over the years and Pam’s attention to detail, follow through and warm demeanor through is a prime example of excellent customer service. She is a keeper! Thank you Pam for helping me avoid potential crisis!
The staff at my new unit were very helpful especially Pam. I had some unforeseen issues that came up and they are very proactive in solving them. Also you need to get the bathrooms fixed in the office so that the office doesn't smell like raw sewage and staff and customers don't have to go to the gas station to use the facilities.
I am a Denver native and have rented many different storage units throughout the years. This site stands out for sure. Friendly staff, clean and secure property. This site has been the most helpful and informative storage facility that i have ever rented from. The prices are great and Lisa was the best!! No company is perfect. I think what’s most important is they have great customer service when they make errors. We had a bit of a rocky start, but after talking to the manager, they cleared them up quickly, and I am really impressed with the customer service. I would recommend this particular public storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Renting the space is very easy and they automate everything which I appreciate. They do raise rent prices pretty significantly after you've been there for a few months which is frustrating! I called in asking them to lower my rate and they said they couldn't but once I scheduled my move out they called me with a lower rate. At that point I had already found another storage unit (bigger & cheaper) with Public Storage, so I literally had to move all of my stuff out into the new one - seems silly since it's the same company.

When we arrived hoping to switch here, Alex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to lock us in at his location with the much cheaper rate, showed us our unit right afterward, and took care of everything else on the back end that we needed.
