Eddy was a superstar in helping me pick out a storage unit! Despite my being late, he was extremely kind and showed me various unit sizes to help me decide. I wasn't ready to move in until the next day, but Eddy offered multiple ways to sign the rental agreement, including helping me in the office the following day and setting up an appointment for me. He patiently answered all my questions, making sure I understood everything I was signing. His attentiveness, politeness, and patience made my experience seamless and pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the service!

I recently used public storage and my experience left much to be desired. The facility's cleanliness was disgusting, and the promised security measures felt questionable. Moreover, the customer service was unresponsive, making it frustrating to address concerns. Overall, I would caution anyone considering this storage unit company to thoroughly research alternatives before committing. go somewhere if you can. this company will add random fees to ur bills every month. terrible company. stay far away.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The gate hours clearly say open until 6pm. We arrived at 5:50pm with a very small load that would have taken maybe 5 mins to unload. The guy running the place wouldn’t let us in. After rushing to get there on Tim we now have to go unload back upstairs just to reload in the morning…. If your closed at 5:50pm just post your hours to match. I expect more from such a large business…. Get better

The leasing process was so fast I didn't get any team members names lol. They helped me sign up over a holiday and the in person was just verifying information. The contract process and PS app process was almost entirely automated. The team members explained everything and ensured the overall process went smoothly. The facility is well maintained and organized.
