I recently sold my house, and need to find a place to temporarily store my stuff. Since this Public Storage in Hayward (29824 Mission Blvd) is across the street from my place, I made a reservation to go to the site and take a look since I have never used public storage before and have no clue what it looks like and how to rent a room for my stuff. I went to the rental office on Friday (6/13), and the girl whose name is Trinity welcomed me, she is so nice, she not only showed me two room types 5×5 and 5×10, but also explained to me all the procedures about how to rent a room, how the fee is charged as I said before, I have never used this service before, so I had tons of questions, but Trinity is so patient, and she answered me all my questions. Later when I went home and found out that my original reservation of 5 × 5 was not big enough, so I made another reservation of 5 × 10, she recognized me when she saw the new reservation and called me to confirm if I wanted both or used new one to replace the old one. After confirming, she also told me that she would be off on my moving date, but she would inform her coworker Tracie about my coming. Finally, my moving date is on 6/16, Tracie helped me finish all the necessary paperwork, and she is so nice and knowledgeable, the whole experience was simply awesome. On the very next date 6/17, I had some more boxes that needed to be put in, and it was close to the end of the day, it was Tracie on duty again on that date, and she helped me to get my stuff in, so kind. Overall, both Trinity and Tracie are very helpful and very kind, I can't recommend more of them and this site to anyone who is looking for a space for your stuff, they deserved all 5-star rewards.

Big thank you to District Manager Kyle by turning a negative situation into a positive situation especially moving into something greater. I haven’t looked for a storage place in over 20 years. I am recently in a slumlord situation that has caused my home to flood & growing mold. I walked into this faculty which is just a few blocks from my home & was greeted with kindness, patience & empathy. Ms Nicky was pleasant & warm. Made the process easy. The customer service was unmatched & the space we ended up renting was clean & a much needed closeness to the elevator since I have cancer. Most pleased with my visit.

I am pleased to say that the public storage on Mission and Hayward is by far the best that’s because of a employee by the name of Nikki. When I went into the public storage, I felt like she was trying to help me out with all of my concerns and needs. Nicky was freaking AWESOME!!! I already had a space but needed to get something bigger. I didn’t wanna pay too much for the bigger space and Nicky went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me out getting a bigger space and that really close by to the elevator!!! I was there to see the mgr. even.though she is a floater as of now because she is new Mika is one of the best mgrs there is and I have dealt with a lot of ps mgrs and locations. Your co. Can use more like her.

My daughter has been with Public Storage for over 3 years. Her storage was having light issues and the office told her to leave the lock key with them so it could be fixed since she could not stay because she lives far. Well! They lost the only key. So, She called them last week and told them that she was coming down to move her things between yesterday and today. She flew down, had to rent a truck and guess what? When she arrived, they told her that she needed to sign a paper and that it would take 1 1/2 week to get it unlocked which by the way, the girls that she spoke with last week, did NOT make any mention of that. Now my daughter spent $$$$ on plane tickets, truck rental, hotel, food, and she has to wait until some district manager comes down to her storage in Hayward to unlock but they do not know when that would be. Let me repeat it - Storage office person LOST THE KEY that was entrusted to them to fix the light. We are all very upset with this situation.
