DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. This place is filled with cobwebs and is not well kept. The rat traps have not been changed regularly. The office was usually closed yet lately they have been in the office more. The bathroom is either dirty, no toilet paper, no toilet covers, or closed so you'll have to go else where or go before you get there. I've had to clean it myself and bring my own toilet paper. If you have allergies to outside things this really isn't the place for you, you will leave with swollen eyes. Find a nice indoor facility instead. God bless 🙏
At 6:36pm the bathrooms were closed and my son had to pee really bad. He peed himself because he couldn't hold it any longer. Thanks. This hasn't been the only time. Plus I had garbage by my unit. The rat traps are as outdated as the fire extinguishers. The spiders look like they will be taking over the place. There's probably a few wasp nests somewhere, I've seen only one. There's this fluffy white stuff that flies around and into my unit. People are constantly complaining how the workers do not answer the door. The only time I see the door open is pretty much in the morning. It's not temperature regulated because sometimes it's ridiculously hot in the hallways. You can really tell the owner doesn't really care about this property.
The bathroom is still closed, it's the next day, so now I have to rearrange how I and my son are going to be able to go to the bathroom while going through my storage. I'll have to put everything back every time I have to use the bathroom. It gets locked when one person is working. When other people are working it stays open. I've given it to God and He allowed me to share about my time here. This gets very inconvenient. I don't live in Stockton and I don't have a bathroom to run to. I work out here until I get the stuff in my storage situated. So inconvenient and the only thing I see my money going towards is people that are hardly working and new doors for the inside units. So disappointed.
The exit gate stays open all day and possibly all night as well.
I was late meeting a customer because I had to go elsewhere to find a bathroom. And a lot of places want you to buy something. This is really ridiculous.
The fire extinguishers need to be checked as well.

Giving public storage a 5 star, lady in the office was really nice I think her name was Marissa. She helped me super quick and easy with renting. She helped me find my unit and showed me everything I needed to do. Property is well kept.
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I've been renting a 5×5 unit for about 8 years now...long before the remodel and change of company, never had problems until Public Storage took over! Public Storage is a joke! I came to my unit to find the doors and locks were changed!?!No notice, NOTHING!! No manager in sight! no answer of the phone! And no way to get to MY PROPERTY!!!! I pay way too much monthly to deal with this unprofessionalism!!!! Now I have to wait 72 hours for an investigation?!?! This shit is a joke!!! Waste of time and money!!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE OR AT THE LOCATION DOWN THE STREET. The employees set up to rob you. They change your locks without notifying their customers, WHICH IS ILLEGAL! Know your rights! When you show up and every single thing is gone they claim “ our cameras aren’t working” and the locks were “recently” changed. Police even said that these specific company’s are ALWAYS getting “robbed” and have the same excuse of cameras not working. Do your research and read the reviews people. It’s all an inside job! Even police are convinced. Currently taking legal action. SAVE YOURSELF FROM BECOMING A VICTUM. It’s the managers who cover it up. Not this time. SUE THEM. please let this help you from renting her and losing your stuff

My unit was broken into, they never fixed the door. Then they raised my rates. On top of that they changed the lock to the hallways where my unit was located so I couldn't get in. This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. No one is ever in the office either to help. And they have people living on the property.

This public storage location is really good and clean. The Manager Marissa was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Showed me every step. And helped show me where my unit was.
Just moved to the area into a small apartment and needed help. Called and that’s when I was introduced to Marissa, friendly and efficient. Made the process smooth and even offered specials without me asking! In fact this phone call has been the only good part of me moving out here so kudos to her. Thank you Publix storage and Marissa.
