El lugar no es seguro. Las Paredes son muy débiles y el precio es alto. En 1.5 años me aumentaron el doble. Y cuanto dejé el Storage, me cobraron el siguiente mes. Pésimo lugar. No lo recomiendo.

I've never dealt with anyone as incompetent, unprofessional, and rude as Jocelyn; the "manager" of this facility. I'm convinced she gets paid to do absolutely nothing, as she considers it normal to run a rat infested storage facility. I won an online auction, and was absolutely disgusted by the horrid condition of the unit. I was not equipped to clean out such a filthy unit on time and requested an extension. She refused to allow me the time I needed and defended the condition of the unit in a condescending and unapologetic fashion. Individuals like her do not deserve a job if they are unwilling to put any effort whatsoever in carrying it out. This was by far the most unpleasant experience, and it's downright shameful someone like Jocelyn has a distinguished position in this company.

One of the employees told me to be out exactly at 6pm or she would call the cops on me knowing I pay for storage. Also told me that if I come to early or late that they would automatically cancel my account
Nice tucked away corner. Organized. Abigail, I hope I spelled her name right, was the nicest person we talked to after taking and clearing out our storage.closed our account, and chatted for a bit before I left. Hope to see her again soon. She's wonderful.

🚨🚨🚨No renten ahí es un lugar súper inseguro se roban tus cosas y no se hacen responsables ni siquiera te enseñan los videos de las cámaras de seguridad que se los pidas a la policía haciendo reporte y te cobran en la policía para darte las grabaciones abren los carros ,las casas móviles les quebran los vidrios a cada ratito abren los storage no renten pregunté. Antes para que ven que les dicen pagas pero no tienes ninguna garantía de nada a mi me robaron cosas de este storage 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Happy Customer here, I had an emergency relocation was my mission and as a regular renter at this location I knew I had no problem in the past I felt my unit was secured and great deal as well so I’m back. I had help and was explained in.a very nice manner was “ Yamira “ she was is a trainee but she was so kind my hard day bad mood went away as a happy spirit even after I’m going through a storm she was awesome she made my day easier. I respect and appreciate the respect back and YAMIRA WENT BEYOND HER KINDNESS taking me to preview the size unit I reserved to making me feel a home there. The detailed tour and merchandise in the office I got a new lock and erring the pack for unit not to get humid ( I forgot the name ) haha the system was acting up for some reason but the young girl that was in the office training Yamira had to do it manually and I had to sign papers maybe upgrading the system or get some tech to boost it up this was the only thing that sparked me Public Storage is a big company and hospitality is awesome give these girls some good new technology make it faster finishing the rental process 🙂 overall I’m happy to be back truly Recommend this location.

Terrible storage place they let people change your locks without your consent and have bad customer service you will pay your monthly rate and still have your storage up for auction unless your watching your unit regularly do not store property here they also have a bad rat infestation

I was a long-time customer....over 5 years the place was always dirty bad customer service electronic gate was always malfunctioning .... they changed their hours making it hard to get to my stuff... location is sketchy people going in and out without using codes... I would no recommend this place

Unfortunately I can't offer a 0 star review as a storage buyer I understand that we buy as is storages to resell but come on!!! A storage that is infested with rottens you can clearly see them and the stink. Terrible place. And I bet it's not just one unit infested rats must travel all over the place . I definitely do not recommend buying or renting from this place.

I have had this storage since 2018. When i got it they would increase the fee every year by 10% which was understanding and affordable. Know this year they have incresed the fee by 34% which its almost $100.00 increase from $282.00 to $374.00. According to Freddy it's due to the inflation, I told him your community that you serve still lost their jobs and their income decreased significantly. Their community are suffering this is not acceptable or human taking advantage.

I have had my unit for about 3-4 months and got it for $277, I got a notice that this next bill my payment will go up to $364! The units of the same size are going for under $300 right now, $283 was the lowest. I don’t understand the price hike. Why?! The unit didn’t grow. I have not made a late payment. I feel like this company is taking advantage of its customers- once you lug your heavy furnishings into storage, they blindside you with a price hike for no reason. If the price hike is to offset costs, then why are the prices for the available units a lot cheaper?!
