Although the people employed by PS are good. The companyl that insures you drags their feet about payments for incidents that are entirely the reason you have insuranc on your unit.

After all the paperwork has been in for a year and a half
Phone blic storage will try to fandangle you if you don't catch it. Like charge you pate fees and tell you your account balance is due to hats why you ok pocked out when in reality the payment was processed. They want to cha ge you for 2 units b cause they have to move you due to black mold, yet they want you to pay for both units and still you haven't been paid.
I feel like there's more deception under the facade. Renter beware!!!!

While there were some issues with access at times, overall, the space was clean and the staff helpful. However, potential renters should be aware of the predatory pricing at Public Storage. I initially rented the space at the advertised price of $38/mo. Four months later, it was increased to $51/mo. After another six months, it was raised to $71/mo, at which point, I cleaned out my belongings and closed the space. Yes, I should have read the comments online about this very common practice by Public Storage...that's on me. Will it be on you?
Absolutely no complaints. This is a top notch facility, clean, obviously well-managed, and very cost effective. I’d highly recommend them.

The frustrating thing about PS is that they say they offer four ways to pay, but it just isn't true. The app simply does not work so I can't pay via their App and the manager tried to make it work on my phonr and it was a no go. I've tried online and that wouldn't go through either. The last two times I've had to call in and pay an extra ten bucks for paying over the phone. Really? I have gone in to pay as no extra charges will be added and no one is in the office. Lastly, I've tried to call my location to see when the manager will be in and they never answer their phones. It goes to Vm and being prompt in a CB doesn't happen.
Nicky was fantastic. She helped us a lot and had a lot of patience. If you are a new renter, ask for her.
Dawn made the whole process easy. I only needed the unit for a couple months, but the paperwork and process moving in and moving out was smooth. Had a website glitch up front but Dawn took care of it quickly when I came in to the office.

Dawn was so helpful and had a pleasant attitude. She made the rental process so easy. We toured the spot, signed the paperwork, purchased some boxes and we were out of there in like 15 mins.
I had the rudest encounter ever with Latoya! I got turned around with which location I should be at and arrived 7 minutes late. The door was locked. I waited to be let in. Latoya opened the door and didn't bother to greet me, so I began to announce my name and explain that I was her 5:30 appt. I gave her the name of the person o spoke with and she just glared at me and said "who?"deciding that clearly this wasn't going to be a positive experience I reiterated that I had an appt. She threw her head back while groaning "oh my god!! It's 5:40!" I confirmed that I knew exactly what time it was. By then I'm so shocked at this raggedy encounter I asked her why she felt compelled to tell me that. She then stated because I'm off in 20 minutes! I was so done with her lack of professional by then I asked her for her name and then told her "I'm good!" And left her establishment because anything I had to say after the way she treated me would not have been nice at all! If this is what I can expto bring my things.ect for service from public storage I will take my business elsewhere! I guess she forgot that we actually have options and don't need to settle for her disrespect. I hope it was worth it for her to be rude to me to ensure she gets off timely. The sad news is that I didn't even want a tour, etc.. just to secure the unit and come tomorrow.

When I want to talk to person who works in there for close and leave account and the room but there is nobody inside and door was locked even the person parked her car there.
It says that they close at 5. I waited for an hr and nobody came. I called and they were no help either! I had a hold for a unit for today. Very bad customer service!

18 years my family has had storage in a big unit at this location. Out of nowhere they decide to jack up prices nearly 50%. It's unacceptable! Especially after we found rats/mice have been tearing up our things that were stored. Save yourself the headache and find a better company.
Dawn is cool. Fair prices. Some units even have lights inside! Bring your own lock! I would give 5 stars but they never answer the phone!

I have been a customer at this location for about a year. They just remodeled it and had a new rear security fence installed. The location is well kept and I haven’t had any security issues. Dawn the Manager is very nice, professional and very approachable. I just had to change my gate code ( for personal reasons) and she did it with one I could easily remember and took less than a couple minutes. This place rocks! Thanks Dawn and Public Storage.
