We were completely impressed with the San Juan Capistrano Public Storage location end to end. Cindy and Miguel were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and super helpful from the time we called to when we visited the location.
Cindy welcomed us from the minute we arrived, answered all our questions, provided us with valuable options, showed us around and covered all details: her help was second to none. The location is incredibly clean, organized, secure and offers a fantastic selection of storage units, exactly what we needed and much more!

He's rude, with absolutely no customer service skills, and many regular normal renters have left because of him and his nasty attitude.
Seems anytime someone leaves a positive review for someone else, it will be immediately followed by many for Miguel.
I'm also stunned that without any notice to existing renters, that they are now allowing people to store their cars in the drive up units, jeopardizing our property.
Not long ago, another storage facility nearby went up in flames , caused by a vehicle being stored.

My wife has been a customer of this facility for over 4 years. We have never had any companies or difficulties with this storage facility. Do to the rate increase we had to move to a smaller unit. Miguel is the only employee we worked with. He is not been very helpful during the move to a smaller unit. He's very rude and disrespectful to my wives. He tries to avoid answering any question she wants answers. He also lies about things he has told her from Previous conversation she's had with him. He has not been very helpful during this process of us moving to a smaller. He is a totally different person when i'm present with her. It's unfortunate it's a great facility he's just a bad representative of that company.

I don't know why, but I got maybe the worst and most disrespectful service ever at this place. Was pressured into getting a unit over the phone with promises I could upgrade or cancel. Then when I tried to upgrade I was told I couldn't do it over the phone and when I called and left messages they were never returned. I called the next day trying to get ahold of someone. Then after I complained to corporate someone finally called me back to tell me that I need to act like an adult and honor the contract I signed. I guess I should not have trusted all the promises of the salesperson. Good $400 lesson.
