Let me just say that David is keeping Old School customer service alive and if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve canceled the storage unit livid and writing a really nasty review. I’ve been trying to take my stuff out of the storage unit for two months and the elevator is broken and I have a broken femur that I’m recovering from so I am unable to grab any of my stuff and now force to stay at the storage unit for longer than I wanted to.
I went inside to talk to someone and of course the door is locked because we are now living in a system where everything is automated and you can’t get a face to talk to you without talking to an AI robot.
David validated me and explained that he totally understood my frustration and called customer service to reimburse me for the month. He made it very easy and had a wonderful conversation with me after I’m really glad David was there

I started my journey at Public Storage Laguna Niguel with Bree. I had done some research on other storage places in the area and this location had the best options at the best prices. Bree was extremely kind and helpful! The facility and storage unit were in great condition and were very clean. From start to finish she was kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful!

I have been at this storage unit for about two - three years now and I am so grateful for the women that have been so nice and polite to myself and my family. I have just met Maria and she has been extremely kind and compassionate about my situation with my car getting stolen. It’s been really hard and it’s nice to see anyone take the time to ask and see how we’re doing.. I truly like this public storage a lot and I feel my belongings are safe. Worst storage facility. The district manager Lizanne screams at the customers.
No cameras and the storage facility was not secured and numerous breakins occured. Public Storage put on new locks and did not tell anyone. Units were ransacked. Thousands of dollars of valued itemsstolen.

I’ve been renting a unit here for about 6 months. My rent is going up 20% this next month. That said, I have to mention that the manager Fran has gone out of her way to help me try and lower the price of the renewal fee with corporate. Even though the requests were denied, I still want to rent and pay the price because of her. Fran is the best and I feel safe having my belongings in this particular establishment because of how caring, reliable and thoughtful she is. I don’t like the price and I can’t really afford it. But I’m not going anywhere because of Fran. “Hey corporate. If you read this, Fran deserves a raise”
