Donna and Rob really helped in a very unfortunate circumstance. They not only transfered our unit to a "drive up" they accommodated use for our inconvenience that we experienced. Due to the call center rep not giving an accurate description of the previous unit we were unable to put our motorcycle in the unit as it was not "drive up". Donna and Rob displayed curtious acknowledgement and understanding. They had a genuine want to make things right. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Donna and Rob for helping us out.
